At last, found an affordable product that really works. It is up to the individual how much is applied, so no messy waste. Cannot praise this gel enough. After 8 years of sheer hell, I now have my life and confidence back.

Could not live without this product. If you have any signs of itching or discomfort for whatever reason please give this a go. Particularly if you have recurring infections/irritation. I have tried other products and none work like this one. (of course everyone is different)Having recently had a contraceptive IUD fitted I seemed to often experience irritation and an uncomfortable feeling 'down there' as if the start of an infection, particularly at certain points of my cycle. Before finding this product it once escalated to an infection for which I needed to have antibiotics. Since discovering this I have no need for antibiotics as I just use this at the first sign of any irritation and my symptoms go away. The gel is cool and provides quick relief.Because it is natural too I don't mind using it often. It can be used inside and out and has a handy applicator for ease of use.I always make sure I have some of this in the house as anybody who has had recurring issues down there will know how uncomfortable it can be! However I rarely find I have to use this now.

I've been using this product for over ten years. It used to say that it was for general irritation / redness / soreness etc. They've changed the packaging now and it just says it's for BV. But it's the same formula and I highly recommend for Vulvodynia and vestibulitis. It conciderably lessens my symptoms. Definately worth a try if you suffer from these.

I tried this gel a few months ago and was very pleased with the results. It soothes almost immediately after a slight tingling sensation at first. I recommend this after several attempts with other products which contained hormones and could only be used twice a week whereas this gel can be used daily if necessary.

Having suffered with for years with various downstairs issues, I finally found this gel and now I am never without it! I use it after sex with my partner to help combat thrush and BV which I am really susceptible to. I’m sensitive to washing powder and certain materials. All in all this stuff is just miracle gel. Highly recommend for any ladies suffering with recurring thrush and BV. Also provides lubrication too

Was very pleased with this product especially as I can no longer get it from Boots Chemist as they are now doing the FloraPlus by MultiGyn instead which was useless. So ladies if you wish to eliminate flare ups of thrush, or have other problems down below after intercourse I can definitely recommend this product although if problems persist for more than a few days check with your GP that everything is as it should be.Linda

Ok! This is a proper place to complain on NHS, I guess! My wife has got a serious thrush after cervical screening probe was taken in the local GP practice. The nurse was very unexperienced (although she was in her middle ages), dropped all instruments on the floor! Did it for several minutes! Multi-gyn was the only remedy.
Cures chronic Bacterial Vaginosis
After suffering for my entire 20's from Bacterial Vaginosis (came after every menstrual cycle). This procudt is a miracle for me. I struggled with BV for 12 years. It was embarrassing and I thought that is was bc I was doing something wrong. I cut out sugar, sex, was overly clean, only cotton underwear, gut cleansers....nothing worked including many doctor visits and antibiotics and monistat. THIS is the only thing that has ever worked. I have told many doctors about this product. They do not know about it here in the US.

Eases symptoms from BV and Yeast almost immediately
This took the itch away immediately for at least 2 hours at a time. I just put some on my finger and placed where it itched. I inserted the gel during symptoms of BV and it immediately provided relief. I wouldn't say it cures anything but it definitely makes the symptoms subside while using it.
