About this item:
We use only the best organic/natural oils and butter and oils for the perfect beard balm. Similar to our other beard balm, but this one gives a little more control and smoothness. Tested and approved by beard teams and beard lovers around the world. The fragrance is a blend of all natural essential oils and has an old, pure, light and crisp smell. A 2-ounce beard balm lasts more than a month for most beards. This is a holiday holiday - no wax, it gives you extra control over our normal beard balm.
Directions
For best results, take a small amount of beard balm and warm it between your fingertips. Then spread it evenly in your beard to make the beard hair softer and easier to comb. Use it as needed, usually once or twice a day.

Started using this recently as my beard length isn't quite enough for gravity to fully control all areas, so I thought I'd give it a hand with the heavy duty balm. It's the last product I use as part of my beard grooming regime and I use it sparingly and that (for the most part) does the trick. The balm itself heats up smoothly in your hand (no gritty finish) and when applied, does have a level of tack / good control as you'd expect but it's not overbearing, like early Y2K styling hair wax! Like the Honest Amish oils, the fragrance is a soft subtle liquorish scent that is barely noticeable once applied. A great product if you need a helping hand with beard control or wayward hairs but should be used in conjunction with a good grooming regime to get the maximum benefit. Thumbs up from a curly haired beardsman.

The first time I used this I hated it. It smelled awful and left a sticky finish to my beard. But within an hour or two things changed. Beard was noticeably softer and looked so much more full and healthy than ever before. Smell died down to something a little more pleasant and not overpowering. I don't think you'll like it the first time but give it time, you'll end up loving it!

I don’t mind the initial smell, it’s not bad. Feels grainy at first but works in well and is nice and oily. Works well into beard and feels good on the skin. Holds the beard well.

It adds good weight to the beard making it easier to style it and making it look tidy.But I didn't like the smell of this balm, maybe it's the tub I got but it's a bit rancid (like when you cook with olive oil that's kinda old), so that was a deal breaker for me.Their regular beard balm smells way better.

I would call this more of a beard butter. Its a little bit softer than most balms. If your looking for something to hold your stray beard hairs in check then this probably isn't the best choice. What this product is good at though is keeping your beard feeling soft and hydrated. I use this at night before bed so when I wake up my beard is much easier to manage and still feeling soft. The smell is great but not too over powering. I have a medium sized beard, say 4 inches long and only need to use about half a thumb nail size. This product will last a long time if used correctly.

Well it’s a little expensive compared other beard balms I like but it is good stuff. Nothing fancy but I like it’s natural and makes your beard smell of hay. Soft hold so good for a longer moustache too. If you want a strong hold this isn’t for you. 8/10 for me and that’s only due to the high price for a medium sized tin.

Its a decent balm though not my favourite, pretty good to keep in as a back up for when my others run out. It hold quite well though I find it a touch gritty if not rubbed in enough. The balm has a slightly aniseed smell to it that I'm not personally a fan of but some might like. Overall it's OK for what you pay.
Great product
I was surprised with this product because it keeps your beard in place without being too stiff and leaves your beard soft as well. The smell is very pleasant just doesn’t last as long as some other products that I have. I think this is one of my personal favorite.

I got this as a gift for my husband after watching YouTube reviews. Even though it's on the pricier side, it's definitely worth it. He uses it daily because it holds his beard in place and doesn't leave any residue/stickiness.

Llevaba tiempo con el producto en la lista de deseos pero no acababa de decidirme. Por un lado porque pensaba que era un bálsamo más y por su precio.La mayoría de opiniones son muy positivas pero ya sabemos que muchas veces te frustras cuando recibes algo con mucha expectativa y acaba siendo una decepción.En mi caso, me gusta cuidarme la barba y he probado muchos aceites, bálsamos, jabones, acondicionadores, etc, ya que no acabo de acertar con la tecla y es que, según el producto me suele producir más o menos caspa o picores.Luego, muchos productos te engrasan en exceso la barba, dando un resultado no cómodo para el día a día.En este caso, creo que después de una semana de uso he acertado de pleno.Sólo hace falta un poco en la yema de los dedos y mover entre yema y yema hasta que se derrita como una mantequilla.Ahora lo repartes por toda la barba masajeando con los dedos hasta llegar a la piel.Inicialmente da una sensación de ser un bálsamo más, pero nada más lejos de la realidad.Es verdad que no huele ni a melón, ni cítricos, ni mentas ni a futos del bosque, es más, tiene un olor mantecoso que sin ser malo tampoco es para tirar cohetes.Te cepillas o peinas la barba y en cuestión de minutos se absorbe totalmente desapareciendo esa sensación “aceitosa” y la barba está totalmente hidratada y suave sin ningún residuo.Nada de caspa ni picores.Mi consejo es tener una barba limpia a poder ser con jabón natural de Alepo. Luego un poco de esta maravilla y nada más, sin necesidad de productos perfumados ni nada.Entiendo que nos guste desprender un buen olor de un producto, pero por mi experiencia, valoro más no tener picores o caspa.Ahora, si no tienes problemas de picores o caspa con productos más “químicos”, usa el que más te guste.Una pena no haberlo descubierto antes.
