Red Clover Complex is an advanced formula for women which provides Red Clover (Trifolium pratense) extract standardised to provide 40 mg of isoflavones per daily dose, plus Sage, Siberian Ginseng and Licorice.
Red Clover has been used in traditional medicine in Europe, Asia and America for many generations in both topical and internal preparations. It is often chosen in products to support women due to its rich concentration of Isoflavones, which belong to a group of compounds known as phytoestrogens.
Sage does have a long history of culinary and medicinal uses. It was mentioned in John Gerrards 1597 ‘Herball’ but its reputation actually dates back to the middles ages with many sayings referring to its medicinal values. It is another herb which is commonly used by women. Two pack sizes available: 60 tablets or 120 tablets.
Directions for use: Take two tablets per day with food.
Ingredients: Red Clover Extract, Di-Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Liquorice Extract Prep. (Liquorice Root Extract, Maltodextrin), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sage Extract, Siberian Ginseng Extract Prep. (Siberian Ginseng Extract, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide), Anticaking Agent (Vegetable Source Magnesium Stearate).

I'm so glad I found this supplement. I was initially looking for Ashwaghanda as a friend had recommended that for perimenopause symptoms. But somehow found out about red clover and it's a total game changer. I'm only on day 4 of taking them (2 at night) and they have (finally) stopped the night sweats and I was really down for ages and thought it was just me being me (I am bit introvert) but I also started to lose energy and felt tired all the time which put down to winter/my age but actually I'm starting to feel better within myself and feeling like I used to! I wouldn't say I've got bags of energy but I really feel like better and slightly happier inside which is then motivating me to get on and do stuff around the house. Long may this continue!! Love it thank you!It was getting me down so much all the night sweats and hot flushes and was not looking forward to that being my way of life but this has totally helped in such a short space of time. Had to write a review in case anyone else is feeling as low as I got with perimenopause... Life goes on and there is stuff to help make you feel better!

In herbalism red clover is used to help the symptoms of menopause by balancing hormone production. This means that this product may not be suitable for those on HRT which also regulates hormone activity.Red clover may be useful for mood swings, hot flushes, night sweats and itchy skin all associated typically with menopause. I've used these a number of months now and find them very helpful.As always, check with a GP, pharmacist or herbalist before using.

I bought these then decided to subscribe and save. Started taking and they gave me really bad heartburn. So not had long enough to confirm if they helped my night sweats. Can't seem to return my unopened bottle for refund. These are the only new tablets I've taken and heartburn started within a few days. Hopefully other users won't have my issue. So anyone suffering from asthma don't use.

I bought this as I was advised and it has helped reduce my hormonal flushes. I do still get them, they have not gone completely but they have reduced. I've been using this for about 12 months along with sea buckthorn oil.

I dont usually leave reviews but 7 days in my hot flushes have diminshed by 70% im feeling so happy about this product, 2 tablets immiediately after your meal, mines taken after breakfast.I tried the menopause gummies & they are nothing compared to this.Nearly had enough last week & asked for hrt but now dont need it.I also like the fact that red clover contains lots of types of oestrogen , so must be better for womens skin during pre & both menpause.Also 1200mg of calcium tablets during this time with added vit D, magnesium & vit c by TDN nutrition ( Bolo) ok so im very happy ! 8 months of suffering when i could had bought red clover! Havent needed my electric fan either, hand on heart please try it ladies .
Really Helps my wife!!
Wasn't sure at first as it had to come from EU so delivery is not fast. About 1-2 weeks after she started taking them daily she really noticed the difference. A lot fewer sleepless nights due to sweats. Highly recommend. After 2nd week if you notice the difference Order your next bottle so you have it before you run out. Unlike me, my poor wife had to wait almost 3 weeks before she got the next bottle. I have it on subscription now so we don't run out.
