Good product but unlike the genuine medela ones, this come in one piece which is annoying as you cannot use it with a hands free pumping bra. If I had realised that was the case I wouldn’t have purchased it. Looks to be well made though as fits to the medela pump fine

They good but you cant clean it inside as parts like Medela one doest come of and after 3 usage the inside tube get oily from breast milk and i dont think its hydiene even if you soak in sopy water and then sterelise, the tube inside is not possible to clean.

Just what I needed!
My pump came with 24mm shields that did not fit very well and was making me lose a lot of my supply. I switched to these and started producing a lot more and much more comfortably. I also love that it's one piece, it helps save time. Well done Maymom

Pensaba que era el original de Medela.Aun asi no servia para mi sacaleches cuando en la descripcion del producto ponia que si era compatible con mi sacaleches. Lo devolví.

Merci Maymom!Les plus petites téterelles de chez Medela étaient bien trop grande donc pompage inefficace et quantité de lait bien insuffisante pour palier aux besoins pour la crèche...La taille est parfaite, prendre la taille correspondant à la taille du bout de sein (pas besoin d'un tableau de correspondance: un teton de 15 mm= teterelles 15)S'adapte très bien sur le medela symphony.Livré avec un goupillon miniature pour bien nettoyer nettoyer tous les endroits.Livraison rapide, prix intéressant.Je recommande vivement aux mamans qui galèrent avec leurs téterelles trop grandes!

These are great! I highly recommend for anyone with a baby in the NICU or just wanting more sets to have for convenience. I can hardly tell the difference from the ones I got with the hospital-grade pump I've been using. My baby is in the hospital, so I'm pumping through the night, and with these I no longer have to clean the same set after each pumping in the middle of the night. I like that it's all one piece (other than the valve w/membrane), and that one piece is actually easier to clean than the parts with the shields that come apart at the shield area (my small baby bottle cleaner fits inside the area where the milk comes down). Excellent product. thank you!
