    I can say that this is the best cereal I have ever tasted. I tried every cereal on the market and after that I concluded that I am not a cereal person, until I discovered this roasted puffed oats by Rude Health. I like it so much. My husband is now eating it too.

    Ordered a pack of six as have this cereal every day and it was proving quite difficult to find and quite expensive when we did find it. A very cost effective way of buying.

    It's very difficult to find a breakfast cereal that isn't disgustingly sweet. These are just 100 % spelt, no added salt or sugar, very nutty and crunchy. Delicious.

    Had to go on a low histamine diet & was looking for Rude Health Coconut Drink. Bolo did me a favour & led me to these. If you want a sugar coated high cal brekkie these aren't for you but if you're looking for a healthier start to the day try them. Back to normal diet but love these so just ordered on sub & save as I never see them in the supermarket.
