Monin Gum (Gomme) syrup combines Arabic gum and orange blossom and is often used as an alternative to pure cane sugar in cocktails because it enhances and preserves delicate flavors. Arabic gum, also known as Acacia gum, is an edible gum which comes from the sap of the Acacia trees. MONIN Gum syrup is great in coffees, sodas, cocktails and mocktails.

This arrived quickly and its brilliant to get the pump included. It tastes lovely too. I only gave it 4 stars as it wasn’t very well packaged and was rolling around in a huge box. I’m surprised it didn’t arrive damaged by the way it was packaged. The main label on the front of the bottle telling you what it is was loose in the box which was a shame but apart from that all good
