I bought this product after researching my daughter's vocal and motor tics (I'm a biomed researcher). The research (there's loads of it out there) has shown that magnesium supplementation may help in reducing tics. It doesn't work for everyone, and there are differing degrees of effectiveness for people. However, for the past year or two my now 11 year old daughter has been fairly tic laden, having one vocal tic and at least two motor tics, and she has been getting lots of unwanted attention from other kids at school, which was naturally upsetting. We tried this product and her tics have all but disappeared! She took one tablet per day for about a month at the start but now only takes one tablet approx every other day (mostly because she now forgets to take it daily). This product has made a vast improvement - she has lost her vocal tic and facial tic pretty much completely, but still has occasional hand tics. We are obviously really happy with this improvement but will continue to try periods of weaning over 4-6 monthly intervals (tics in kids are often associated with puberty, etc). All in all we are very happy with the product, it has made a huge difference to us.

I know this is marketed as a supplement for ADHD but honestly what it helped the most with is energy. I have depression and really struggle to get up in the morning. I find this has made a night and day difference as I can wake up far easier. However, I notice it instantly when I forget my supplement as the following day; I feel like my bones are made of lead. So being consistent is important and is a challenge for many. But I am happy to use it to improve my mental health even if I don’t think it helps with ADHD.Is expensive though as it does recommend 4 tablets for adults.Side note: getting up easier could be a sign of executive dysfunction getting better. Therefore is treating ADHD. I’m not certain. I feel it helps more with energy relating to depression but I could be wrong, it is just my best guess.

These work well but are strong, we have never worked our way up to the dose on the bottle (4 a day) preferring to stick to 1-2 a day. The b6 in them will make your dreams clear and vivid if you normally don't remember your dreams well (or at all) you are in for a surprise! A good price for the combination that you get.

Ok I bought these vitamins assuming they would help with “daily fog” and support me in feeling more alert at work. Although this did happen initially/ does happen in the morning, the pills mostly make me insanely drowsy. Finding it so difficult to work due to drowsiness during the day. Don’t know if I’ve done something wrong or misunderstood these pills but I am having to stop as I need to function all day!! Could be a combo of this with my normal meds so can’t be sure.

As other buyers have noted, the pill does stink a bit, but nothing that can really prevent you from swallowing it, if you think it is good for you (as the seller is reassuring in his replies) :-)Seriously, I was a bit surprised by this supplement, as, so far, with all supplements I have been taking (never taken zma before) I never saw any noticeable difference.This one, instead, did cause, especially the first time I took it, some noticeable effect, especially, I would say, in the early morning dreaming activity. Hard to explain, but some sort of "liberatory" dreaming. That said, I will not venture more on how to interpret those effects.So far the feeling was good, and I would suggest to give it a try... I will let you know in case of any adverse effect.

Used these and bio cult pro biotics for speech delay and lack of interaction?. My grandson who is 5.5 years could not speak (only few words and the rest you couldn't understand) He was very weary to acknowledge me or communicate with me, wouldn't look me in the eye... For the first time after taking the supplements when i seen him 7 weeks later he spoke to me and interacted with me!!! . Oh im so chuffed lol. It turns out everyone has seen the massive improvement. He has also grown and increased two shoe sizes!!! He was always very petite. Now zinc deficiency stunts growth. If parent is deficient in zinc it can affect the baby, taking folic acid through pregnancy can deplete zinc!! Also it has been found :::: That SHANK3 was identified as a major autism candidate gene. Interestingly, the protein encoded by the SHANK3 gene is regulated by zinc. While zinc deficiency depletes synaptic pools of Shank3, increased zinc levels were shown to promote synaptic scaffold formation!! I bought it for the mag and B6 for autistic tendencies but i think zinc is the major player...So what we did was use Actimel and put both supps into that each morning. Still need to look at zinc and copper balance though. Zinc depletes copper. . So so far so good.

I have been looking for alternatives for my daughter for years and years for her to use along side her ADHD medication and finally I have found the one and both tablets have balanced out very well.It’s only been a week since we have started , my daughter is 9 years old and I can see the difference already.The tablet has no smell and it’s not big in size and very easy to swallow.Thank you Neurobalance Family so much.
What Kind of Magic is This?
A month ago, I purchased this product on a whim. It appeared in an ad, the price was good and I thought, “Why not?” When it arrived and I saw it only had three ingredients that seemed common to me, I was actually disappointed and let it sit on my shelf for almost two weeks.Then, cue the magic. As an ADHD woman, I have days where my anxiety becomes so severe it becomes like a tangible, monstrous pit in my stomach/chest and nothing seems to help. I have tried antidepressants, but have since decided my best course is exercise and supplements. I actually spend about $100 a month in supplements for me and also for my autistic son and they don’t always do the trick.I was having one of those days and decided to give this product a try. The first day, I took two. By the next day, things felt a bit better, so I decided to keep taking it, only I took one this time. Within a week, the ominous feeling of something terrible was going to happen, went away. I felt more calm, less irritable and was falling asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. For the first time in possibly a decade, I have been sleeping through the night. I usually wake at 2-3 am, sometimes in a panic and that hasn’t happened since taking this product. I also used to have to take melatonin to sleep, but haven’t had the need to take it for the last couple weeks!Because it has been going so well for me, I started giving this to my adult autistic son. Within a week, I noticed he has also been a lot less irritable and is able to finish tasks without losing focus. It almost seems too good to be true.If you are a neurodivergent family, you need this product! You are probably deficient in these minerals/vitamins. I wish I had discovered this twenty years ago, but I’m grateful for the difference it is making in our lives now. I am cutting out half of the other supplements I had been taking and am looking forward to a new, better quality of life. Thank you deeply to the makers for inventing this life changing product!

Ich habe eine Histamin Intoleranz, eine Fructose Intoleranz und eine Laktose IntoleranzEs sind vielleicht noch zehn Lebensmittel, die ich überhaupt noch Vertrage. Und dennoch möchte ich den Kampf nicht aufgeben.Ich belese mich seit über sechs Jahren und studiere diese Krankheit in der Hoffnung, sie los zu werden, denn bisher konnte mir kein Arzt auch nur annähernd helfen.Bei einer Histamin Intoleranz ist bekannt, dass man einen Vitamin B6 Mangel hat Zink Mangel und Magnesium Mangel. Nun bin ich auf dieses Produkt hier gestoßen, da es hinzukommend auch noch vegan ist :)Auf nicht vegane Produkte reagiere ich leider auch. Ich habe heute wie angegeben, vier Tabletten über den Tag verteilt eingenommen und ich bin sehr positiv überrascht. Ich habe sie vertragen, was ein Wunder ist. Ich habe es errechnet, die Packung würde dann etwa einen Monat halten.Es wird natürlich einige Wochen dauern, um eine Verbesserung zu spüren, ob der Mangel behoben werden konnte. Positiv ist jedoch schon mal das ich das Produkt überhaupt vertragen habe, denn sonst hätte ich innerhalb ein paar Minuten Nesseln im Gesicht bekommen.Von mir also die volle Punktzahl
Magnífica combinación y formulación
Es un producto muy bien combinado, con cantidades significativas y necesarias de los nutrientes que contiene y en las formulaciones de máxima absorción. Quizás me hubiera gustado que contuviera un poco más de magnesio, pero es muy difícil encontrar productos de magnesio con vitamina B6 en proporción suficiente. Normalmente en la mayoría, la aportación de B6 es simbólica. Todos los nutrientes presentes en este producto están en las formas de máxima absorción por el organismo: Zinc (Picolinato), magnesio (citrato) y vitamina B6 (P5P). También he de comentar que apenas tienen sabor ni olor y son muy fáciles de tragar.

È da tre anni che lo uso e funziona soprattutto se abbinato alla vitamina C! Consigliato poiché le riserve di zinco ci sono per 1-2 giorni e si fatica ad assumerlo dall'alimentazione...Non ho più avuto neanche un raffreddore in inverno
