This item is absolutely spot on. Well made and good quality material. The hardware kit that came with it is also perfect. Not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for.Bolo delivery was also super fast which was great.

Love my new sail.. easily to put up and looks great.. makes the garden modern and fresh .. Have already took it down to wash and it looks brand new .. I love it so much had to buy a new one for next year just in case it gets damaged. So enjoying my Garden and with the heat this year its a very welcome bit of shade.. All my friends love it too.

Ideal size for sheltering under for four chairs. Only downside is probably that you need to angle downhill (like all tarps) to avoid pooling when it, inevitably, rains - seems water repellent. Looks good too and if our other one (triangular) is anything to go by, it should last a while.

Worked lovely in the sun, was secure to the wall but came down in wind and rain and couldn't take it down due to being unsafe to use ladders in the wind. It's now very frayed where it's been tied one one end and undone the other, it's rubbed against something so it damaged now. I like it but if the weather changes suddenly it could be a waste of money as it was with us. Nice quality but doesn't secure well enough, gets pulled down and dies.

Our previous identical sale came in Kookobura plastic zip packet....this one loose in a box....no authentication it was Kookubura? ALSO this sail does not fit same 4 hooks as last sail?? So I'm confused.....we had to buy two more expensive corner fixings that were longer.
This product is garbage. No response from manufacturer.
This is my second complaint about the second one of these Kookaborra sail shades. The first stretched so much that we built a frame in the middle and it did not help. Every time it rained, it would fill up with water and we had to push it out. Last week it burst from the weight at the seam and now it drains in the middle of my patio. The other one had a very weak connection at the corner (started to rip). I took it down and reinforced it with binding and it held for about another month. After a storm last night, I woke up to this (see photos). This shade ripped from the corner and blew in the wind until it completed shredded. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO ONLY LAST A YEAR! I contacted the manufacturer about both shades and they never even replied to my concerns. Terrible product and terrible customer service.
