We purchased this machine for my daughter to use for sewlimng lessons that she has taklen a great interest in and thought we were on to a winner after looking at the reviews on this sewing machine. Unfortunatley we had to return as the feeder dog mechasism stopped working, we requested a refund and decided to purchase another machine, thinking that this was perhaps just unlucky. The new machone arrived and was initially ok, but again developed a fault with the needle holder, as we kept on snapping needles and thread kept on breaking (we were not sewing heavy fabric and the fault was intermittent) after struggling for a few weeks, we figures out that the needle holdder was not aligned, which i what was causing the issues, so sadly, we decided to return the machine again and we have now purchased a different brand. I cannot fauly the Bolo customer service as they were very helpful and were able to help with resolving and arranging the refunds.

Item is exactly what I ordered, but I received it with instructions in Czech, not English, and a European 2-pin plug, so an adapter will need to be purchased for me to even start using the product. The product page gave no indication as to this, and one would naturally assume that a product sold from the UK would be compatible with UK plug sockets. Poor advertising on Bolo's part there.
Geen accessoires
Bolo vermeldt dat de Singer HD4423 wordt geleverd inclusief accessoires (zoals de voetjes bijvoorbeeld). Dat is onjuist. De naaimachine werd geleverd zonder accessoires!! Niet volgens afspraak en niet kopen dus want veel duurder dan Bol en de naaimachine winkel!!!

Exactly what I expected, works as a charm
Very good. If it is "heavy Duty"....I do not know, I have no experience. I sew 2 layers of jeans, patched with no problem. I sew a parasol for the balcony, 10m seam, fast as Stephen. Also through a winter jacket and it works fine. The piece for the foot feels like a dirt-cheap-toy, though. There could have been a little bit weight to it.

Es una máquina muy fácil de usar para los que no tenemos ninguna experiencia en costura (mi caso), supongo que para todos aquellos que ya conozcan de estos menesteres, pues podrán sacarle mucho más beneficio.Estoy encantada con mi máquina, además que la entrega fue antes de lo especificado en la compra, lo que le da un plus al servicio.
