    I ordered this with little bit panic but I used it first time it was really great product very quick and no smoking, I never used this kind of easy and quick product. It has three layers but I’m using only two ans they are big enough . And price also affordable. This is I feel similar to electric kettle , same thing and have some layers of trays for steam . This is best thing I bought from Bolo . Thank you Bolo .

    It's plastic. I use to use steamer on the hob but like most people I'm cutting costs energy wise so I thought I'd give this a go. The only issue I had n that's before I started using it was basket number one wasn't a great fit to the base unit, however once it was put on it a few times it seemed OK. Cooked salmon today (bit of a salmon freak), it cooked really quickly, steam was up to temperature very fast, I was quite impressed, very healthy and tasty so so far so good. Next step is with veg and to use more than one basket, but I will use this mainly for fish n then veg on next basket. Works for me.

    Fab working steamer. Easy to put together,reasonable amount of space for each layer easy on the eye and easy to clean and tidy away. The price was reasonable and it did the job for nicely steamed veg

    I've read a number of reviews with some issues raised but I haven't encountered any similar issues so far.Some say the unit doesn't fit together well and the steam baskets slide about. Not on mine they don't. The baskets are quite well secured. Admittedly you have to make sure they're in the right order but after that they take very little effort or time to ensure they are secure.Some say the baskets are cheap plastic. Time will tell but as I see it, a little flexibility is a good thing. This should prevent cracking which is what happened to my previous steamer.Some say the units stains easily if you're steaming carrots or other items with a strong colour. Yep, looks like the stock collection tray is going to stain. Does it affect the performance - no it doesn't. Is this something that is common to most steamers? This is my third steamer and they have all stained.I like this steamer, it does what I want. Baskets are dishwasher proof, it's easy to use, easy to store. Stock collects in a separate container. What more do you want? Bell could be louder if I'm being picky.Good steamer.

    Once I received my steamer I couldn't use it :( there was no Australian power adapter with this product. So I had to wait longer to use it while I now wait for an adapter to arrive. Not happy :(

    Don't order in Canada. The plug is British and doesn't fit our outlets. I got an adapter but the unit doesn't get hot enough to produce enough steam to cook. I tried to send it back but the cost was $91. So I'm now out the cost of the unit and the adapter.
