Flavoured items are always difficult to review as its very personal taste.In my view you can’t buy better syrup flavours than Monin. They don’t have that horrible artificial sweetness taste. I use these syrups with the Monin dispenser pump to get an exact 10ml measure in my latte. I use a syrup instead of sugar my coffees.I personally love love love the honeycomb one, that’s my all time favourite and definitely in the No.1 slot for me, followed by the salted caramel one in No.2 slot. This is really nice and I personally prefer it to the ordinary caramel flavour. I do have a sweet tooth and would normal take one sugar or one sweetener in tea or coffee, so one 10ml syrup squirt is perfect for me. These are way cheaper on Bolo than buying them in Costa in town. I tend to buy the 1 litre size over the 75cl as they tend to be better value for money by the ml, but check, if they’re on offer it might not be the case. Just be savvy working out the prices. Brings a really lovely delicious flavour to homemade lattes at home which is way cheaper than buying flashy costly coffees on the high street. This flavour is truly yummy 😋

Tastes best in hot or iced coffee. It's OK cold when you can taste the syrup "raw" as it were, but it's not brilliant e.g. on top of vanilla ice cream, and it's not the ice cream as I've tried on various flavours both homemade and shop-bought - heat seems to enhance the syrup's flavour somehow.I recommend buying the pump, ASIN B00JBCNUE6, which is reusable - make sure you buy the pump designed for the 1 litre bottles as Monin also sells a pump that's for 70cl bottles only. Anyway, one push of the pump produces 10ml of syrup which is fine for a "tall" coffee ("lungo" in posh Nespresso-speak), but a half-push of the pump is all that's needed for an espresso size. You don't need any additional sweetener. Occasionally the pump jams when some syrup crystallises, requiring you to remove the pump and wash it.This salted caramel syrup is also very nice in iced coffee. Two lots of syrup over ice, splash of milk, double-strength hot coffee (as milk and melting ice will dilute it), squirt of cream and sprinkles - takes just 2 minutes, produces coloured layers and looks indulgent, looks good in a (mug-sized) glass e.g. ASIN B00U8S7RDW.

Lovely flavour and a good size bottle. I use it in iced coffee and just with milk to make a milkshake. Have also used it when making cakes or buns both in the cake mix and in a buttercream icing.

The first flavour I ever tried from this brand was vanilla and I thought it was very good until I ordered the salted caramel flavour. The vanilla one is more artificial but this one is amazing!!! I've used it many times already and it's a flavour that you won't get tired of. It's not overpowering, it doesn't taste artificial and the salt in the caramel almost elevates the flavour of my coffee itself. I completely recommend this!!!! BUY IT NOWWWW!!!!!

Also wenn sich wer denkt, Salz und Karamell passtnicht zusammen dann irrt sich derjenig! Ich finde es 100mal besser als den normalen Karamellsirup! Einfach himmlisch im Kaffee! Alles harmoniert miteinander!
