EDIT**3 weeks after using and my Ginivitus has gone!!!!! I didn’t get to use my water pik as it arrived broken and I had to return it. So between this mouth wash and manual flossing my gum are healing.For many years, I had been postponing a visit to the dentist due to severe anxiety and health conditions that made it difficult for me to leave the house. However, when a 20-year-old filling fell out, leaving a significant hole in my tooth, I realised I had no choice but to seek help. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience; the dentist was excellent and quickly addressed the issue. Fortunately, there was no decay or infection—just an old filling that needed to be replaced.During the examination, the dentist noted that I had early-stage gingivitis. I instantly felt overwhelmed, but after researching, I learned that gingivitis can be reversed with proper care, including regular dental cleanings and good oral hygiene at home. Motivated to improve my gum health, I invested in a Waterpik, recognising the importance of flossing, and started learning about effective tooth cleaning techniques on YouTube. I also decided to switch to an electric toothbrush, which is essential for maintaining oral hygiene.While waiting for my Waterpik to arrive, I came across a mouthwash that I was initially skeptical about. However, after trying it for the first time, I was genuinely impressed. The flavor was pleasant, and I noticed an immediate gel-like sensation on my gums. I’ve been using this mouth wash for a couple of years now and my teeth and gums are great. No fillings or problems other than hygienist care.I know dentist don’t rate mouth wash that much but I feel good using it.
it came on time...
you need to wait from two to three weeks for it...but if you have any problems with gums it is going to help...at least it worked for me.

Der Preis ist ist zwar hoppela aber schon gerechtfertigt
Wer jahrelang unter Zahnfleischbluten leidet, und deswegen sich nicht getraut hat, in einen Apfel zu beißen oder sonst was, der guckt zuerst mal nicht auf den Preis. Dazu kam noch Mundgeruch. Es war schon eine große Belastung. Mir hat das Mundwasser nach nur anderthalb Wochen gut geholfen. Durch das Brennen merkt man, dass es wirkt und arbeitet. Vielleicht wird es bald in Deutschland eingeführt, dann wird es auch günstiger werden.
