    When this was delivered one of the washers and screws was loose in the box. I screwed it back in but after only a few hours use it fell out again, quickly followed by the other screw. Not suitable for purpose. I have since returned for a refund.

    To mimic the foot-rests that I had at office, I decided to get this for my home work-from-home setup. It's identical in function, and a great comfort to use. The angle of tilt reciprocates and moves along with your ankles and feet angle. So, it's pretty easy to move it to a different incline by just using your leg on the footrest, and that keeps the blood circulation going and muscle fatigue to a minimum. I did use some lubrication (dry lithium grease from WD40) on the movement to make it a bit more smoother. I did this because I had the spray can, and it's not mandatory to do it (aka: you don't have to, but it helps with the movement). Overall I would recommend the footrest. Great company, and good price.

    My one the top keeps coming away from the base so bit flimsy, I know not a great deal of money, the other one seems ok so maybe mine just faulty.

    One of the discs with its screw still in it was loose in the box when I opened it. I found a screwdriver that fitted the screw head but it was difficult to get the tiny screw lined up with the tiny hole because the disc obscured the line of sight. But I eventually got it screwed in and touch wood, it is still holding.Update: the screw that was loose in the box when I received it, which I managed to screw back in, soon fell out again! So I found a longer screw with the same thread and that has stayed in for 6 months ;-)HOWEVER, as I have to push the footrest forward in order to tuck my swivel base office chair under the desk and trying to pull it forward again on my laminate flooring is really difficult due to the non-slip buttons on the base :-( So I am now looking for a replacement without a non-slip base.

    Der Aufbau ist sehr einfach und aus Hartplastik. Dazu an mancher Stelle nicht entschärft - Verletzungsgefahr. Da die scharfen Stellen Richtung Boden zeigen ist es im Alltag noch ok. Aber vorsichtig muss man sein wenn man es mal umheben muss wegen putzen etc.! Gefallen tut mir die beidseitige Nutzbarkeit der Stütze, es ist auch stabil. Für das Geld für mich ok.

    Preso soprattutto per sollevare la seduta e evitare il contatto diretto dei piedi col freddo pavimento. E in questo credo sia ottimo.Il fatto che basculi può fungere soprattutto da antistress più che dare sollievo alla circolazione inferiore. Quando vedete che avete i piedi congelati, conviene che vi alziate a fare due passi.

    It comes with 2 screws. One of them screws in fine, but the other hole is too big for the screw. It did not hold. I chose not to return it as I do not want to wait for a new one, so I put a piece of folded paper in the hole, then screwed it in. For now it holds. I don't know how long it will last.It's not the most stabile foot rest, but it will do.
