I can't believe how well the WD-40 Specialist Penetrant Spray works! I had a rusty, stubborn bolt on a piece of furniture I was trying to fix, and I was about to give up. But then I decided to give this product a try, and I'm so glad I did. Just a few sprays, a little bit of patience, and that bolt came loose like magic. This spray definitely lives up to its "specialist" label – it tackled the rust and friction with ease. Now, I have a go-to solution for all my stuck and rusty problems. Highly impressed and highly recommended!

Bought on the strength of the description. Fluid works very well (on tight car door hinge) but has a stupid plastic addition supposed to 'direct' the spray in a jet...accurately! I tore mine off because the spray went everywhere. Now it's a bit full on but seems to be OK for my use. A £7 can used every day for a week versus a visit to a Ford bodyshop!! Bargain.....it worked.

After the age old man trick of not reading the instructions for anything!!.. I found myself struggling to remove the strimmer head on my petrol brush cutter. The head had almost become one with the spline without the locking collar designed solely to prevent said predicament. Which thanks to my stupidity was still in the box rather than on the drive shaft... anyhoo.... after many hours spent trying to shift it, I admitted defeat and left it in the garage to be tackled another day.A couple of days later, the usual email arrived from Bolo with suggested purchases, (code for tempting you to part with more money) and what should be in the suggested purchases, but this WD40 Fast Release Penetrant Spray. I swear, the spooky Bolo spies must have been watching me sweat over that blasted strimmer.So. There I was, hairs on the back of my neck standing up with the weirdness but thinking...ok, it’s fast and it releases things... sounds like just what I’m after. Order placed and it arrived a couple of days ago (super fast as always) and has been sitting there waiting for me to try it out.And today I did just that.. I read the instructions (who says I don’t learn from my mistakes) and sprayed a good squirt on to the near welded joint and left it as suggested for about five minutes. As I wandered back to the challenge I honestly did not hold out much hope and so taking firm hold with the spanner and with an almighty squeeze................POP... off it came!!!!... blow me... and in the words of the late great Tommy Cooper... “Just like that” ...So in a nutshell... this stuff really does do the trick.. If you’ve got something that’s stuck and you need it releasing FAST.. get this... what are you waiting for.

Needed to undo 10 manifold bolts on 22 year old car. First nut I tried to undo before the WD arrived and it snapped! Then waited for WD to arrive and no more nuts/bolts snapped. If nut/bolt still tight just spray it again and let it penetrate.

I’d tried usual WD40 to free up some old gate hinges that have been fused for years. Had just about given up ever getting them to move again and found this. I emptied about half a can on it over 3 days and voila! Highly recommend!
