5.0 out of 5 stars Calmer effect?
After taking this for over a week, my partner told me that she has been calmer. I, personally, did not feel that way, though. However, I did feel some level of energy boost. My verdict so far (I will update this if there is a significant change either way) is that it is effective, but the effectiveness varies from person to person.Big bottle, good value. Recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for Vegan Cooking
I’ve been using KIKI Health Lecithin Powder for a few weeks, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen. It works great as an emulsifier in smoothies and salad dressings, and I’ve even used it in vegan baking. The texture is smooth, and it helps thicken recipes without any weird aftertaste. Plus, it’s non-GMO, so I feel confident about the quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their vegan dishes or just boost their nutrition!
5.0 out of 5 stars Helps stop my home made oat milk separating in the fridge.
I make my own oat milk which works out at about tenth of the price of ready made cartons.I mix rolled oats and water in a liquidiser, blitz it for about 30 seconds and then strain the result.Unfortunately the resulting oat milk tends to separate.I researched this on the internet and found an article which said to stop it separating you add a teaspoon on lecithin powder and a teaspoon of vegetable oil.I made a batch of oat milk with lecithin and oil and although the oat milk still separates slightly if left in the fridge for a couple of days it’s far more stable than without the extra ingredients.
5.0 out of 5 stars Hoping for health benefits
I ordered this Lecithin mainly for my husband because I want to help him to improve his cholesterol balance and for various other benefits including in the digestive system. It comes from KIKI Health, which is a company I have ordered many other products from in the past and appears to be a reputable company (I always try hard to check this). As this is a soya product, I'm pleased to see that it is non-GMO.The lecithin comes in the form of a cream coloured powder in a large sealed glass jar. It is a bit like milk powder, very creamy but with very little taste - so easy to mix into smoothies, muesli etc. You might need to work at avoiding lumps. Personally I quite enjoy eating it straight off the spoon. I would be reluctant to heat it up, though, in case it changes its nature. The recommended one heaped teaspoon 2-4 times a day will soon get you through the pot, but I think this is quite a high dose. The best-before date is February 2026, so over a year away.
5.0 out of 5 stars elevated my kitchen game
This has truly elevated my kitchen game. As someone who loves experimenting with recipes, this lecithin powder has added incredible texture and creaminess to my sauces, soups, and even dressings. The powder works seamlessly as an emulsifier, and I’ve noticed a difference in the smoothness and consistency of my dishes. It’s also been a great addition to my baked goods—adding a lightness and fluffiness I haven’t achieved before. Beyond cooking, I’ve started using it as a supplement, and I appreciate how easy it is to add to my daily routine. Just a couple of teaspoons gives me a good dose of Phosphatidyl Choline, which is great for overall well-being.I love that it’s plant-based, vegan, and free from any artificial additives. The fact that it’s also packaged in a glass jar makes me feel better about its quality and preservation. Whether you’re looking to boost your culinary creations or enhance your diet with an all-natural supplement, this lecithin powder is a must-have!
3.0 out of 5 stars Hard to know what to say
This tastes a little odd. I think it smells/tastes to me like a solvent used in the extraction process. I have noticed this on most UK branded lecithin granules. Never occurred with US imports which is why I buy them instead. So would be interested in what others think. I am surprised as Kiki are otherwise a good brand and have taken their probiotics on and off for years.
5.0 out of 5 stars Handy product in your ingredients cupboard - can stabilise food that otherwise might separate.
This KIKI Health Non-GMO lecithin powder comes in a 200 gramme pack in a glass jar. It is a fine, cream coloured, dry powder that looks a bit like soya flour. Lecithin itself is an emulsifier - that is to say that it allows an emulsion to form between oil and water or hydrophobic and hydrophilic layers.Dairy cream is roughly 80 per cent oil 20 per cent water so, using this soya lecithin as a stabiliser, I replicated those proportions with vegetable oil and water and used a blender to create the emulsion and it works. This lecithin will tolerate modifying the physical properties such as the temperature that the final product starts to soften and so on, by using different oils including oils that are solid (such as coconut oil); or, sunflower oil. This is a handy product to have in your ingredients cupboard with its ability to stabilise food that otherwise might separate.
