    I've been taking these magnesium supplements for a few weeks now and I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep quality. I used to toss and turn all night, but now I fall asleep much easier and stay asleep for longer periods. I also feel less anxious and more relaxed overall.The tablets are easy to swallow and don't have any unpleasant aftertaste.     Do your research about different forms of magnesium and bioavailability. This supplement contains magnesium hydroxide, which is basically a laxative and has limited absorption. I didn't feel any difference in my sleep or relaxation, etc., while taking this supplement.
