I used these to replace my morning snack - I'm not a big breakfast eater but always feel the mid morning crash so usually have a snack to keep me going til lunch. These work great! They're filling and so good to use on the go for those busy days or whilst at work. They taste really nice too, I usually add some 0 cal coconut drops and ice to these for a refreshing morning drink! This really helps with managing weightloss and as a 'sweet treat' you don't feel like you're missing out either. The only thing I would say, is I bought the tin version of this flavour as it works out cheaper per portion, but in my opinion they do not taste the same. These premixed drinks are far better!

I bought these on a bit of a whim. I don't like eating in the mornings, and I want to lose some weight, but I need a breakfast or something to help me not snack so much later in the day and/or overeat on Lunch/Dinner.I bought the chocolate flavour and wow, it's a great taste. Really easy to drink, smooth and not too thick. It's filling, and i feel like i've had a proper breakfast for only 200 odd calories. Superb. Will buy many more!

There’s a lot of stigma with Slim Fast shakes. I’m guilty of mocking people who drank them in the past, while at the same time knocking back protein shakes which aren’t vastly different. Even now I still feel a little self-conscious when I buy these things in the shops. Why?I’m a 40-year-old man, fit and active and lead a hectic life at times, and I’m not always in a position to stop and have a proper meal at lunch or breakfast. I keep a close eye on my diet, for no other reason than to maintain a healthy balance, or bring my weight down a little after the BBQ or Christmas/Easter season. I’ve been using MyFitness Pal for 9 years, and having a similar app to manage your dietary intake is the single biggest piece of advice I can give for weight management. I don’t eat salads, but I do eat a lot of fruit, meat and high carb meals such as pasta to fuel my running/walking/cycling/racquet sports etc.Where Slim Fast shakes help is that I can drink one of these at breakfast and it’ll happily get me through the morning without feeling hungry, and/or one at lunch with some fruit and that’ll get me through till my evening meal. They’re much lower in calories and fat then the breakfast bars I would otherwise have in the morning, or the porridge or rice I’d have at lunch. Plus, they’ve got a good chunk of protein in them without the calorie hit you get from protein shakes.Taste wise, I find the chocolate one the most palatable. Really quite tasty in fact. The strawberry and latte ones are good too. I prefer to have the ready-made shakes as they’re grab-and-go, but they are very expensive. Anything up to £2 per bottle if bought individually, or approaching £10 for a pack of six. But they are convenient.The cheaper alternative is the powders that you make up yourself. You have to factor in the additional cost of whatever milk you choose to use; I find almond or cashew milk a good option. You also need to put some effort in to getting it smooth. If you have a proper protein shaker then use that. You’ll never get it smooth with a fork or hand whisk. I tend to whisk it together in a mixing jug and then put it into a thermos flask and shake the heck out of it for a minute.The beauty of having these as a meal replacement is that you can then supplement your diet with more fruit (during the day I’ll have a banana, apple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, cherries and grapes, often as an evening snack with Skyr yoghurt and oats) and leave room for a good solid evening meal like a big bowl of pasta or stir fry. All good diets are based on exercise and a balanced diet that gives you the proper fuels to power that exercise, and Slim Fast helps gives you the space to do that.

I purchased 3 packs of the chocolate slimfast shake to kick start my weight loss journey. I was about a stone heavier than a healthy BMI and am a little bit of an emotional eater usually heading straight for a chocolate bar when stressed out, which lately has become a bit of a habit which has resulted in some weight gain. Anyway I thought I would swap out my lunch (which usually consists of a sandwich and a bag of crisps) for a slimfast shake. This automatically saved me a few calories it also fed my chocolate cravings and I haven't wanted any other chocolate throughout the day. I have continued to eat a normal breakfast and dinner and have had the occasional snack. After 18 days of this I have lost 7lbs which I am very happy about. I am going to continue with swapping lunch for a shake as I don't feel like I am missing out on food. I have previously tried slimfast and tried to have 2 shakes like they recommend but I always end up binging after the first 7 to 10 days. So if you are a chocoholic like me I would recommend trying this as it is working for me.

Quick boost before I hit the gym
I'm not into sports drink like Gatorade, I find them too salty. My Slimfast has all the proteins and vitamins. If I need to hydrate, I drink coconut water.
Bad
After tasting one bottle I was disgusted, it has gone bad! I don't know if that was due to international shipping to Saudi Arabia, or it was knowingly sent that way.I used to drink this over 20 years ago in United States and it was great taste and really helps you loose weight, but this order stinks bad.Product returned, refund in progress.
Deliciosos
No he probado otras marcas de batidos pero los de Slim Fast tienen un sabor auténtico y especialmente cremoso y el principal ingrediente es leche desnatada! Otra cosa importante es que cada batido tiene 23 vitaminas y minerales. Muy 😁 con la compra.
Efficace pour calmer les fringales
Une solution à laquelle je n'aurais pas pensé pour mes fringales qui peuvent survenir n'importe quand et s'avérer invalidantes. Une petite bouteille calme immédiatement et durablement ma faim, beaucoup mieux qu'une cochonnerie achetée dans l'urgence quand je suis en déplacement. Et 200 calories, des protéines et des vitamines, c'est quand même plus sain qu'une barre de céréales.Donc, désormais, j'aurai toujours des bouteilles en réserve, dont une dans ma boîte à gants.Personnellement, j'apprécie le goût, peu sucré. L'arrière-goût de malt est sans doute ce qui contribue à la satiété.
Great shake
I love these shakes! I use them as snacks. One for morning, one in the afternoon. I use it for weight loss. The first 5 cases were packed really great in massive bubble wrap in sets of three bottles. They trickled in slowly. NOT, the sellers fault. Canadian customs were really slow. I glad that they marked 1/10, 2/10 etc. The postal carrier and I were joking about which case was coming next. By the way, I have lost 8.2 lbs in 23 days. With two other slimfast products! I love got 2 more cases on the way.
