Jaggery is often called Cane Sugar. It is a dark, coarse, unrefined sugar made from the sap of a variety of palm tree or from the sugar cane juice. It has a sweet, rich and fudgey caramel flavour and complements anything you would use normal sugar for. Natco Jaggery Goor comes isn a solid cakelike block and is used for the making of Indian sweets, or when crushed can be sprinkled on cakes and used in tea or coffee just like ordinary sugar. le produit en lui-même est bien tel que je pensais, mais le colis est arrivé dans un état assez lamentable: les deux boîtes ouvertes à moitié écrasées. Bon je ne l'ai pas renvoyé, après tout le produit était bien là et c'est ce dont j'avais besoin, mais inutile de mettre deux petits paquets de 500gr dans un grand carton pour qu'ils arrivent dans cet état, je pense qu'il aurait mieux valu les mettre dans un plus petit carton sans les grands papiers protecteurs qui pour le coup n'ont servi à rien

Es ist ein großer, fester Block.Ich bin immer mit einem Löffel an den Kanten entlang um viele kleine Stücke abzubrechen.Die Melasse gibt dem Zucker eine Karamellnote, ist lecker aber gewöhnungsbedürftig.Ich habe den Zucker immer in meinen Kaffee oder Tee.Mit der Zeit hat es etwas genervt das man nicht einfach mit dem Löffel einfach rein kann sondern immer schaben oder schneiden muss.
