    These aren't a magical cure to allow you to consume gluten again (please don't put yourself through that!) . We've found they're best taken when you're out and about where there is a risk of cross contamination. My wife got cross contaminated and although she got poorly it was nowhere near as bad as it would have been without the tablets. These are to ease the symptoms if you do get caught out, not to absorb every inch of bread you can take!

    I decided to try these in hopes that I could have gluten foods with minimal flare ups. NOPE! Taking these as directed, I noticed absolutely no difference at all. Try something else because I cannot recommend these after having taken them.

    You can’t always avoid gluten and for me it’s not a serious intolerance if I do eat wheat but I do get discomfort.These capsules contain enzymes that break down the carbs in wheat and grains. You take one with a meal that contains gluten, so you wont necessarily need to take them every day.They are a little expensive but worth the money in my opinion.Hope you found my review helpful
