I take this prior to going to the gym for a workout and it definitely increases my energy levels for a 2 hour session. After 2 hours training very hard I feel as if I could continue for another hour. Highly recommended. I mix two scoops with the recommended amount of water and drink it down quickly, 30mins before I start training.

I haven't had any fizzy drinks since I've been ordering this stuff. I usually get the Fruit Fusion flavour but I've had the others before.It tastes amazing, has no sugars (great for healthy skin and teeth, low body fat % etc) and has some ingredients which are very useful for all stages of working out (pre, intra and post). You can actually drink this however you like - I've actually been having one scoop instead of two and it's lasted me twice as long. The flavour is strong enough as it is.Wholeheartedly recommend this. This is my fizzy-drink replacement from now on.

Doesn’t have the best flavour and gives me jitters and a stomach ache. I stopped using it after three times because the side affects hindered my workout a bit too much.

Ich benutze ON Amino Energy seit Jahren und finde es sehr effektiv. Was ich am meisten schätze, ist, dass es nicht abhängig macht oder zu einer Erhöhung der Dosierung führt. Ich halte mich jedes Mal an die gleiche Dosierung und bekomme trotzdem den gleichen Kick. Es hat der perfekte Mischung von Aminosäuren und Vitamin C. Ich habe einen empfindlichen Magen und habe keine Probleme damit, im Gegenteil, ich finde, dass es meinen Magen sogar verbessert, da es viele nützliche Aminosäuren enthält. Ich empfehle es jedem, der sein Training auf die nächste Stufe bringen möchte.

bonjour, je trouve le gout tres bon, juste que le produit est à la moitié de la boite, donc ça fait un gros pot pour une petite quantité, je trouve dommage pour ça.

Ich habe die Geschmäcker Wassermelone, Limette und Frucht Mix probiert. Ich persönlich nehme weniger als angegeben, da es mir ansonsten zu stark im Geschmack ist.Limette und Fruchtmix sind beide super lecker!! Wassermelone schmeckt mir und meinen Freunden leider nicht, da sehr künstlich und zu süß.Aber im vergleich zu anderen Marken ist diese hier mit Abstand die beste! :)
