I ordered these via Bolo pantry (amaaaazing) to put into my hospital bag as I was trying to find relatively healthy/filling foods for labour. Being 8 and a half months pregnant - I randomly craved them in the night and ate half a box.These are delicious!! They are like nutty brownies? Awful description but seriously tasty. They are quite filling and high in iron which is a bonus.

About 5 y ars ago these use to be the most moist mourish cakey bars I've ever tasted (besides my cooking that is) I've recently had no time to cook 'treats' for myself vso I decided to add a few boxes onto my order I wish I hadn't. I ended up giving these to my brother's kids. They liked them but I certainly don't, they are dry tasteless and not worth the calories they cost. I made time to make myself some treats so I didn't end up being a size 4 with all I have to get into my day. I wanted something that wasn't calorie loaded, low in preservatives and nice to eat. If your looking for the same thing I wouldn't recommend these.
