I wanted a breakfast cereal that was good for my digestion and that was full of healthy fibre. This certainly does the job for me. I would recommend this product.

It's the first time I have tried this and despite my reservations, it is nice. It has a nice crunch, but will go soggy if it sits too long. It has slightly bland taste but is ok with a tiny bit of sugar stirred into the milk. I like mixing it in with other breakfast cereals so I can get the health benefit of the bran. It mixes well with Alpen. I find I feel fuller for longer after eating this, or adding to other cereals. I will buy this again.
