I like to use peroxyl several times a week to dip my tepe interdental brushes in before cleaning my gaps. then i rinse with it before cleaning. The peroxide in the mouthwash helps kill the nasty bacteria. Then go and brush your teeth. Spit but don't rinse the foam to get the full benefits.

Colgate Peroxyl Mint Flavour Mouthwash has been very effective for treating minor mouth irritations. As someone who suffers with ulcers a lot - The oxygenating action cleans and soothes, and the mint flavour is refreshing without being too strong. The 300ml bottle lasts a good amount of time and is convenient for regular use. It’s a great option for both oral care and managing discomfort from mouth ulcers or cuts. The price offers good value for money and this is the third one I’ve gotten now.

Having cut the roof of my mouth, then next day burning it with a jacket potato I thought, I either need help with my potato addiction or a mouthwash. I can honestly say that this is excellent, one swill and instant relief, alcohol free and no teeth staining. No need for me to wait until my potatoes have cooled down from molten lava.
