The Noco GB Genius jump starter pack is unbelievable! With the inbuilt technology, it’s impossible to get the polarity wrong as it indicates the incorrect connections and just won’t work. You can even short the positive and negative clamps together with no sparks or damage done. I have a 3.5 litre V6 Mercedes that was left standing with the lights on (schoolboy error!) and it started it as if the battery was brand new. It’s also fitted with a super bright LED array with loads of different modes one of which is a rapid, side to side mode that would be great to place in the road on a dark night to change a wheel. It is fitted with both USB and 12v out and in ports enabling you to charge it off a cigarette lighter or a USB charging point.I realise it may be expensive to many folks but the feel of this thing and the ease of use puts it head and shoulders above everything else. It’s as solid as a house brick!My only slight criticism is its weight as it is around 4.5lbs. I never knew lithium could be so heavy.I hope this review helps with your choice; I cannot recommend it highly enough! If there was 10 stars I’d give them...UPDATE: having owned this for some time I’ve got to know it really well. A pal of mine has an old 5ltr, S500 V8 Merc that wouldn’t start. He keeps it in storage using a trickle charger which packed in without him knowing. I turned up with my Noco, wired it up and it started like brand new. This surprised my mate so much, he rushed out and bought one.One last point, my wife and I are about to buy a camper van and disappear across Europe for a couple of years. Although brand new, I will feel a lot happier having the Noco onboard. Having a camper van not start in some backwater could be a serious issue but would be easily sorted owning the GB70. So, for those with a camper van, put your mind at rest. Why take the risk?

This is fantastic piece of kit and has been very useful for keeping in the car for starting on the off chance someone has left an internal light on etc. It has never failed to start an engine when clamped to the battery posts - however of a couple of cars which have the batteries hidden away and battery terminals under the bonnet it has not worked as well. However when clamped directly to the batteries in those same cars it has always worked first time. I have put this down to issues on the car itself rather than the jump pack.This is the second unit my family has bought as my brother has the very same unit.My only criticism is that it would be nice if a case was provided with the unit itself. I have bought the separate case for this - but I think it should be included with jump pack

I am not used to writing reviews but I think this deserves a one, I have had this coming up to 4 years now. I bought it for the family as we all have cars and vans. It has been used on dozens of occasions and has never failed us. I always recharge it after use so it is ready for the next jump start. It may be expensive but has proved worth it. I world recommend this to anyone needing a reliable jump starter.

Very impressed, I bought this to replace a smaller 500A version of a different manufacturer which struggled before burning out in a few months. The NOCO Boost is in a different league and while a bit on the expensive side it really is worth the money, if jumpstarting vehicles is something of a regular thing, as is it where I work.My only issue is there is no charge adapter supplied and the 12V DC 2.1mm input charge socket is female, rather than male, so if you live in the UK like I do, you will find this the opposite way to what you would expect. So you will need to find a gender bender, something easier said than done because the socket is recessed and the one I bought was too wide and wouldn't fit. That said, they do supply a USB charge lead which charges a bit slower but works well enough.Only four stars because they don't supply a charger, the charge sockets being American, are the opposite way around and the price does make you wince a bit, but I would still recommend.

I purchased a GB70 last week (Nov 2024) and to my great surprise and delight when I took it out of the box, I found it had a USB-C charging port in place of the Micro USB. Having pored over countless reviews and videos of the GB70, I know that upgrading the model's charging port to USB-C was keenly awaited and considered long overdue. I wish prospective purchasers of the GB70 the same good fortune by landing themselves an upgraded model.

Hat meinen 6 Liter V8 problemlos im ersten Versuch gestartet. Dieserls Starthilfegerät ist hervorragend. Wahnsinns Verarbeitung, wie aus einen Block gefertigt und hat Power ohne Ende. Hält die Spannung auch über Monate also auch das Power Management ist Premium. Qualität 1A
Vraiment parfait !
Utilisant très peu notre voiture, la batterie était morte et impossible de la recharger avec le maintien de charge, et pas possible compte tenu de l’étroitesse de notre garage de la faire démarrer avec un câble relié à une autre voiture.Et la démarrage du premier coup avec le booster, ce qui m’a permis d’aller à mon garage sans aucune difficultésJe recommande fortement !
