Top quality item which is handy to dispose of used blades. Some blade brands come in little plastic boxes which I tend to keep so that I can occasionally bulk transfer the blades into then put some tape around so that people handling the rubbish don't get hurt. I wish my end2end shave process was completely plastic free but nevermind.Also as this has a slightly curved top it's useful to balance blades on to dry after washing inbetween uses. I always disassemble and clean/dry my safety razor parts between uses to stop the water damaging the chrome parts.

Functional and looks nice
It’s just a blade disposal container, but it is nicer than most I have seen. If you want a fairly safe place to put used blades that doesn’t look like a hazard, this is great. Well made, and simple. Does the job without looking like a medical safety disposal item. It is not a vault, or safety device per se, so might not be best for homes with curious children.

Mit diesem hübschen Klingensammler von Mühle kann ich mir die umständliche Entsorgung - zum Schutz vor Verletzung in Papier einwickeln, dann Restmüll - jeder einzelnen Rasierklinge sparen: Klein und praktisch steht er neben den Rasierutensilien und bietet Platz für viele gebrauchte Klingen. Die Gummikappe am Boden schützt das Porzellanteil vor verrutschen und ist schnell sowie einfach abzumachen. Beim Einsetzen in den Boden muss man nur aufpassen, dass die Kappe wirklich mit allen Noppen wieder fest sitzt.Durch die recht große Öffnung lassen sich die alten Klingen ohne "Frickelei" sehr schnell und einfach in die graue Tonne entsorgen. Und das gefällt mir viel besser als Kunststoffbehälter vergleichbarer Funktion, die nicht wiederverwendet werden können, wenn sie voll sind.
