So when the hospital told me my blood pressure was 185/140 I decided I'd better get myself a monitor.There are a bewildering array of cheap dubious ones about, but a quick trip to the british heart foundation yielded some decent results. Then I bought it here.My doctor said "ooh, you got a nice one, better than the ones we used to loan out for people to use"

It gave me sky high readings - well into the danger zone on first three uses (230 over 165 or thereabouts). I immediately went to the doctors who took it for me and it was taken at 125 over 88. I went home and tried it once more and again got a dangerously high reading. This is not a safe piece of kit.

Ottimo sfigmomanometro.
Ottimo prodotto. Ne avevo uno della stessa marca che è durato decenni (comprato per mia nonna). L'ho dovuto sostituire solo perchè il bracciale iniziava a dare segni di cedimento nel velcro ed in alcune cuciture. Questo nuovo modello, con la possibilità delle 3 misurazioni è ancora piu' preciso del precedente. veramente un ottimo prodotto, molto preciso ed affidabile. Lo consiglio, perchè "cinesate" economiche e prodotti meno professionali potrebbero evidenziare misurazioni sballate ed irrealistiche. Se considerate poi che potenzialmente è un prodotto che dura nel tempo i soldi che costa li vale tutti.

Da anni uso questa marca Giapponese di Sfigmomanometro da braccio (fatto in Giappone), quello che ho sostituito ha tenuto duro per 15 anni, usato e strausato, purtroppo (come fai a dire di NO?) prestato anche a terzi, etc, etc...Controllato anche questo e messo a confronto con uno professionale da medico, veramente ci sono decimali di differenza che neanche ti interessa.Facilissimo da usare, In più questo nuovo dà la possibilità di fare delle piccole "predisposizioni" che con il vecchio non era possibile, tipo le tre misurazioni in automatico, la media subito evidenziata, ti avverte se muovi troppo il braccio, e poi memorie di misurazioni a bizzeffe, un bracciale finalmente di buona qualità, ottimo manuale, scritto bene e in un Italiano veramente buono, indicatore di aumento di pressione di gonfiaggio del bracciale, evidenziazione di tipo di errore... insomma senza pretendere di spendere somme inutilmente alte questo è un prodotto assolutamente adeguato per una famiglia, tra l'altro ho visto usare proprio questo articolo in una farmacia come autocontrollo... i Farmacisti possono dare spiegazione sui farmaci, ma non possono fare la misurazione pressoria in prima persona, mentre un apparecchietto come questo sì: Mah!Compratelo, non spendete di più (ma evitate di spendere di meno!), serve a tenersi sotto controllo, il mondo è pieno di ipertesi che non lo sanno. Se fate sport, in particolare uno sport aerobico (atletica, bici, tennis etc..) è il vostro compagno più fidato.In negozio l'ho visto più o meno allo stesso prezzo, ma qui c'è la garanzia Bolo che a mia memoria funziona sempre.
