5.0 out of 5 stars I love it!
I'll begin by saying I've had this for two days and I've spent about 4 hours exercising on it and I love it.When I removed it from the packaging some of the bungee cords had fallen off but they're easy enough to loop under and over and connect to the hooks. I unfolded it and set it up with ease and then tried folding it away. I'd recommend you watch a YouTube video on this (Closing Fit Bounce Pro by Rebound Fitness helped me) bit tricky at first and will take a few goes to get used to it but I managed by myself. Also opened it by myself though the manual suggests two people)I then put it back in the bag just to see how easy it would be to put away after every use and then a bunch more bungee cords came loose and fell off... Took about 5 min to put them all back on so I'm not sure if I was too rough or if they just come off easily when it's folded. So I've kept it set up in the garage and used it in there and the back garden and I absolutely love it. It felt like a bit of a risk spending £237 on a mini trampoline but I'm glad I did. It is silent other than the sound of your feet landing on the mat - no annoying squeaks or creaks which I'm guessing the spring trampolines get (based on the Bolo reviews I've read for the cheaper options). So how is it to exercise on? It's fantastic. It's fun and it feels like zero impact on your joints. I did loads yesterday and expected to be sore today but I wasn't. My fitbit tracked the exercise automatically and I did 12k steps (I didn't leave the house yesterday) and burned hundreds of calories. To do that and not feel sore (though believe me I was sweating from the workout!) is great.I was doing bounces, high knees, star jumps, sit ups (really comfy for your back to lie on the trampoline and do them) and jogging /walking.I feel I'm relatively fit, I can cycle 40+ miles out on my bike no problem but I cannot jog without injuring my groin. I tried the couch to 5k app in the first lockdown and I was just in so much pain from it that I had to quit. I'm so pleased to have found an exercise that is as fun as cycling but also one I can do from home. My heart rate is in the fat burning zone or cardio zone when I'm bouncing around listening to music and comedy podcasts so I'm very pleased with my purchase. My advice if you're tempted to try 'rebounding' is go for this one - yes it's expensive but it's a quality bit of equipment that is extremely quiet but will get your heart rate racing. My goal now is to make sure I use it every day. I know it's easy to stop a new exercise regime but I'm confident I won't because it's so fun to use!I wasn't paid or refunded any money to leave this review and I bought it with my own money.Update - after two weeks I've used it every day and I've lost about 1kg so far. It really gets my heart racing and I watch stuff on my laptop whilst I'm exercising. I like how I can have a tough workout or just a more gentle jogging on the spot workout... I can easily do around 5k steps in the morning before work that way, I absolutely love it!Update 2 - down to 72kg now, was 76kg when I bought this. Absolutely love it. I don't see how you wouldn't lose weight if you use this every day... I've mostly just been jogging on the spot for 40 min each morning before work and the time flies by.
5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent rebounder
The fit bounce pro rebounder is gentle on your limbs and feet. It gives you support but not in a hard way. When you bounce it supports you as you land without hurting any of your joints. It is great for a gentle workout so you get fitter without any aches or pains. It comes with a very good quality cover and spare bungies if needed. It is large but well worth the space in your room. You can fold it if you wish but i feel once you put it away it will stay there. Keep it out and jump on when you can. You only need to do 10 minutes a day to see the effects. Great piece of kit and you feel like you have done a big work out. Thoroughly recommend for quality, value and health benefits.
5.0 out of 5 stars I waited for years to buy this rebounder and wish I had not as it is EXCELLENT!
I've been looking at this rebounder for years having been recommended a good quality one as a fantastic way to get fit and healthy and to get lymph moving. Due to the high cost I didn't take the plunge before (as I was otherwise active) but the last 18 months meant no gym and generally being far less active. To this end I wanted something to get back to being active again in a way that was easy to achieve. Cue: buying this rebounder. And boy, am I glad I did! It has been so much more than I could have ever expected. The assembly was much easier than I thought it would be; the build is superbly robust and impressive; the bungee chords are clearly excellent quality; the folding function is easy; the bounce is entirely quiet, literally no squeaking, nothing that could disturb a neighbour; finally, the rebounding is so easy to get to grips with and loads of fun to boot! Over the last couple of weeks I've felt my body get firmer, and have really felt my muscles improve. I've not followed any of the videos to date, I've just got on with rebounding to my own pattern whilst watching TV, and it's been fab!I just wish I'd gone for the next size up, though the size of the patch I have for the rebounder means that this is really the better size for our family. But, when I get a larger space, I will definitely trade up for the larger size, just to get a bit more space for certain moves.Fantastic all around!
5.0 out of 5 stars Exceptionally sturdy, strong rebounder..just what my son needed!!
I got this rebounder for my son who is 15 with autism. His condition means he needs to bounce frequently to regulate his sensory system and to expend energy, so we have always had some type of mini trampoline in our living room, ever since he was a toddler so he always had access when he needed to bounce, so have had quite a few types over the years. As he is older now , quite tall and 12 stone we needed a strong rebounder. The Fit Bounce Pro certainly fits the bill! Immediately on its arrival we could see the quality of the build was impressive. It did require both my husband and I to open it out initially, but because it will be in constant use, we won’t need to fold it down again for storage etc. All in all the setting up was very easy and straightforward. The Fit Bounce Pro is exceptionally sturdy and strong. It features bungee cords instead of metal springs and this really does make a difference – it creates a safe smooth bounce and is so much quieter than anything we have had before, the noise reduction is big bonus for us as a family as it is in our living room and in use so frequently. We also opted to have a stability bar, which is sold separately but worth it, again very strong and sturdy and has adjustable height settings. I myself have hypermobile joints, so have to be extremely careful in my choice of activities, but I have tried out the rebounder with the stability bar myself and have found it very comfortable, gentle and safe with no jarring of my joints, so a bonus of being beneficial to me also and not just my son. With that in mind, I would say it would be a very good item and activity option for older people too. All in all I am more than impressed with this product - a great investment and excellent customer service too from Rebound-UK, as I received advice as to the model that would best suit my son’s needs – I can see my son getting many years of happy use from this item!
