I ordered this at 10.20pm last night and the doorbell rings at about 10am this morning with the package - I think that's the fastest delivery I've ever had from Bolo, and this wasn't even sold by Bolo!As for the product, I was encouraged by other reviews and was confident of a quality product - and that it certainly is. I bought the green one - it feels rugged and I can't find a join in the loop, which I thought would be a potential weak spot. Tied it onto my pull-up bar and tried it out and it's excellent. I would say the resistance stated is spot on (based on how pull-ups felt compared to a weighted assisted machine at the gym also set to 50kg). This is so much better than my previous set up with a step stool for assistance, as with that, there's no way of accurately gauging how must assistance I'm giving myself with my legs. With this, it's the same resistance on every rep - I could easily tell my legs have been giving me too much assistance up to now!What I like about using the band is it allows for full range of motion and gives the most assistance exactly where I need it (at the start) and then makes you work really hard at the top end once it's nearly fully contracted. The intensity of my workout instantly increased and I can tell this will help with my progression to unassisted - probably quicker than the gym machine for the reason above!Came with a card showing a bunch of other exercises you can do with it like squats and bicep curls. The resistance of the green band isn't right for me for those exercises, but I'll probably buy at least one lighter resistance band as the next step for pull-ups and to do some other exercises with.Faultless service and a brilliant product - thank you!

Great little band for a good price. I use this for stretching and antangonist exercises around climbing. It’s great for core work and packs in my crag bag perfectly. This is a marked improvement on my knock-off theraband that I used to use (which subsequently became 3 smaller bands through use). Good level of resistance for what I need and infinitely more resilient than others I’ve used before.I haven’t used it for any assisted pull ups or thenlike so couldn’t really say if it’s suitable for that.A nice touch is that it comes with a list of exercises (with photos) so you have a starting point if you don’t already have anything in mind. You can then make those exercises harder with a higher resistance band. I also got a link from the provider with videos of exercises too which is cool.

I really like the resistance bands to use at home when there are no weights available. Different colours for different tensions means you can work your way through them as you get stronger. No more curling the dining room chairs for me now I have these 😎 A quality product!

I am certainly seeing the effect. I carry it everywhere I go. The good thing is that it feels exactly like the weight as described when stretching it. I am seeing remarkable difference in my body physique.

I bought these as general resistance bands rather than pull up assistance bands but i couldn't help myself and had to try them for their advertised function.I was pleasantly surprised, I am 6 foot tall and weigh 76kg so i was a tad hesitant to wrap it around my bar and step into it.The band stretched a lot and i closed my eyes expecting it to snap and give me a serious bruise upon impact.It did not snap and it felt quite comfortable as i tested it.It also works very nicely as a general resistance band for exercising and stretching and the ebook they send was very usefulI think it would be nice if the producers put up some videos of each band being stretched until it snaps because i imagine this would be much further than people thing and would certainly increase my confidence when stepping into it.
3.0 out of 5 stars Failure after 6 weeks light use - but replaced with 2 more like for like
Bought a red small band for one thing only - band pull-aparts 25 reps daily. This is by no means heavy duty!I've got 2 deep cracks after 6 weeks and the band will snap next time it's pulled. Very poor quality.Edit - If you complain you will find they are as good as their word on replacement - they sent me 2 in fact, and they seem to be better quality. It may be that some of the Bolo stock is old and has been stored in bad conditions, I don't know but will feed back again after a couple of months on the replacements.

Im vergleich zu einem anderen Hersteller riechen diese nur leicht nach kautschuk und haben keinen chemischen weichmachergeruch. Ein starker weichmachergeruch weist darauf hin dass ein minderwertigerer Kunststoff verwendet wurde, der durch den weichmacher seine elastizität erhält. Mit verdunsten des Weichmachers (das die starken Dämpfe verursacht) verliert der Kunststoff seine Elastizität und wird mit der Zeit brüchig.Deshalb, und auch aus gesundheitlichen Bedenken und dem stark unangenehmen Geruch, habe ich mich dann für zusätzliche Bänder von diesem Hersteller entschieden.Ich hatte diesen Artikel zufällig wegen seiner Kraft-Spanne gekauft und durch den mangelnden Weichmachergeruch die anderen, kleineren Bänder zurückgeschickt und noch welche von Iron Core Fitness bestellt.
