Angelus Walk on Red is a stain-type paint with an additional hardening agent specifically formulated to refinish the bottom of hard-soled shoes. This paint is made to withstand being walked on and is not suitable for anywhere a flexible paint is needed. Perfect for cleaning up and restoring dress shoes with red bottoms, or customizing dress shoes to have red bottoms in trend with current fashion. 2 oz jar

The media could not be loaded. Sanded down and wiped the old red soles, did four thin coats of the red leaving each coat to dry thoroughly. The next day I did two very very thin layers of the acrylic finisher and now they are looking absolutely mint!Fab product. I would absolutely recommend thin layers of everything, and take your time with the prep.

I purchased this brand based on recommendation via Google. I'm very happy with the shade and results from about 4 coats. Very nice and easy to apply quick drying so you can see the progress of each layer in good time. For the size of the bottle you don't actually use much as it spreads nice and evenly. The price is definitely worth it. The photos are without any top coat also I'm just waiting on the gloss finish to finish off

My review, arrived next day, packed securely so no leaks now I’ve seen many comments saying dramatically it’s not the exact same red as their louboutin’s, however in my experience I’ve not noticed this I found it to be a slightly lighter red colour but not much I’d say about 1% difference but just remember no one is going to be looking at the sole of our shoes like if they do that means they need to get on their hands and knees with a magnifying glass To fully see the differences also take into consideration that the heel bend doesn’t get scratched so it’s only the sole on the ground let’s be honest we buy these so people can see the redness and to know we like expensive shoes, to prep you need to sand then smooth removing any excess dust off wipe with a damp cloth then dry, I used 3 coats add the first coat thinly and trust me a little goes a long way then go for the second on the 3rd coating I did give it a slightly thicker coating only to make sure as my heels were really bad once they dried I did also buy from the same seller their acrylic600 (white) finisher now don’t worry this doesn’t change them to white it’s a shine coating just incase someone really wants to look there, they were shiny without the white coat but seeing as my Louboutin’s are expensive I just wanted to to make sure they get the top treatment, I have photos too but I didn’t get all photos of the damaged ones (shame) but over all yes this product is really good, and will be buying more as we all know how delicate CL soles are,

Does what it says on the tin.. it’s red and it’s paint. Only down side is don’t expect a glossy finish.. you’ll need a finisher to achieve a glossy finish

I thought the point of this was to paint it onto the soles of your footwear. You know, the things you wear on your feet and then WALK ON. But I painted it, WALKED ON it, and then when I sat down and checked the soles it had mostly come off. I think for a product literally intended to be walked on it should have the one job of being able to sustain being walked on. Waste of a tenner tbh

Nice to customize shoes!
Louboutins are expensive. This shoe paint does a good job at customizing shoes - add the sex appeal, without much cost. I use 3 coats of this, plus 3-4 coats of the clear coat for protection and add gloss. Looks good, pretty durable. But once only used on a few pairs of 5” stilettos, so they don’t get walked much mileage! Def recommended if you like the red sole look.
