    I have been using this tea for a couple months now. I wanted to wait before I made a review. It has a nice taste but I guess that is personal preference. It acts as a detox, and not as intense as some detox teas I've had. Slight tummy rumble. I've noticed there is on average a 12hr period before you need to go toilet no.2. Will definitely get you going if you're constipated. Time this carefully so not to get caught out with desperately needing the toilet. I usually take it around 6pm and without fail I'll need to go toilet in the morning around 7am. Does not give me cramps like some detox teas I've had in the past. Very natural flow to go. In terms of the weight loss, I'm currently doing slimming world so my loss is more than likely this. However, I've lost 1stone 2lb so far I'm the 8 weeks I've been using it. As I said I don't know if it contributes to weightloss. Highly likely is my optimisation of food I'm doing with slimming world. Although it may assist, but don't quote me on that. In summary, I'm very happy with the tea. Price is good and I will continue to buy going forward. Would I recommend? Yes! Especially if you have issues emptying your bowels naturally as I do.

    I was a bit sceptical of these, because of what I’ve heard about these types of teas before. Also because I expected the taste to be worse, and when it wasn’t actually that bad I then assumed that they probably wouldn’t work? However…..I had one tea bag at around 7PM, with a teaspoon of honey, and to be honest thought it was quite tasty. Like mint + green tea. About 11 hours later woke up with a slight tummy ache, went to the bathroom, and feel completely unbloated and empty now.I didn’t necessarily get these for weightloss, more so due to having issues with ‘going to the loo’ at the moment. So I think these will really help in that area. Particularly if you are dieting at the moment and find that you’re a bit less regular.

    On day 3 of taking this, after seeing the reviews I was expecting to be running to the toilet but nothing. I left the bag in as well and on days 2 & 3 have had two cups but still waiting. The taste is nice though but pretty expensive for just Green tea.

    I love a herbal/fruit tea so these tasted okay to me. I would recommend taking in the evening, these have really helped me with bloating. I would definitely recommend.
