I'm not sure how much my review can help as I am a complete novice when it comes to fish ponds.I inherited my pond with the recent purchase of a new house. After a bit of fiddling, some Googling and YouTubing I had a fountain, and (very green) water running through the filter and eventually arriving at the top of a waterfall via a lions mouth. After a few days of cleaning the filters 2/3 times a day the water started to get a bit thinner, albeit still very green. I found and ordered Sludge Klear, I also found out about uv bulbs! Who knew?!So using the Sludge Klear I have petty much followed the instructions, although I don't know how many litres the pond holds, I'm pretty certain its no larger than 5000 litres. I gave it a double dose to begin with and switched the light off for 4 days, true to the instructions after a few days the pond was very cloudy, and more gunge in the filters. After a week I added a single dose and switched the light off for 2 days, again the pond got more cloudy, towards the end of the second week the pond was definitely improving with water clarity. I put another single dose in three days ago, there has been a definite improvement in the water. I can start to see the fish when they are below the surface, and today I saw three fish. Since the beginning of all this I had only ever seen one! Still more time to pass to give Sludge Klear its full six weeks or so, but definitely so far so good.

Using a pond net to scoop most of the sludge out was the best option to be honest. Use a filter with UV light to kill the pond algae and clear the water over time. Sludge Klear was average.

Water quality has improved despite the pond being heavily stocked, pond test strips are telling me the water is healthy, and a poorly fish has made a remarkable recovery. Just keep using it as per the instructions and you will see results.

Bought this with good optimism it would work. Followed the instructions and even used one tablet extra to ensure I had what I needed for the litreage of my pond. I’m 48hrs later and absolutely nothing has happened. Don’t waste your money.

Voor een vijver van 30.000 liter en om zeker te zijn dat ik de bodem terug zou zien, heb ik de gehele verpakking opgelost volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing. Zelfs meer dan twee uur laten staan alvorens toe te voegen aan de vijver. Echter zonder resultaat. Ik vermoed dat er bij mij gewoonweg teveel slib in de vijver aanwezig is en dat ook nog is een natuur filter heb. Dat is dan ook waarom ik 3 sterren geef. Ik kan niet zeggen of het nu een top product is of niet omdat ik gewoon weg niet weet bij wie het probleem ligt.

doutes à la reception mais fonctionne
J'ai reçu les pastilles il y a 2 jours et en ouvrant le paquet j'ai eut des doutes car les pastilles sont de la taille d'un aspirine. Il faut le laisser fondre dans un sceau avec de l'eau de bassin pendant 2 heures, puis le répartir.Pour la première pastille, ils conseillent de doubler la dose. Comme j'ai un bassin de 2.5m3 j'ai donc mis une pastille. En 2 jours je vois déjà la différence avec un bassin qui avait beaucoup de vase au redémarrage de la pompe après l'hiver. L'eau est déjà plus claire et je vois que la vase se décompose au fur et à mesure (celle des bords à disparue). Je ne suis donc pas déçu de mon achat.
Parece que funciona
Es la tercera semana y el segundo sobre que compro todavía es pronto para asegurar que funciona. Para lo caro que es si con este sobre no noto nada no lo volveré a comprar.
