I am a student of accredited Human Nutrition degree and we use various professional equipment for body composition readings at the university. I have tested this scale against our very expensive bio-impedance scale and they both have pretty similar readings, which only shows that this is a good quality personal body composition scale! Obviously, there will always be differences in results from various body composition methods as the perfect method wasn't discovered yet, except post mortem tissue analysis! So far, bio-impedance methods are highly accurate and good indicator of where you stand. This scale is very easy to use and the fact that you can connect it to your phone is pretty awesome! The value is also great, I can only recommend!

The scales are really good...Easy to read and clear...The quality is really good...The app is really good...Honestly using them as stand alone scales is absolutely fine, however I feel by using the app, it significantly increased my chances of getting the weight off and keeping it off.It tracks and graphs your journey and send a reminder to weigh at a time you set. The app has lots of helpful information and give tips to help you on your change of lifestyle.I feel held accountable and that is what I need, especially as I cannot afford or really want to join a slimming club.

It’s great if you are keeping the scale in one position, however it may be a little inconsistent with the measuring if you constantly are moving the location. It comes with an app but I didn’t really use it to be honest after a week. The scale is still working great after 3 months

As someone who has bought and discarded many scales and struggled with obesity my whole life, I am endlessly grateful to my friend who recommended the Renpho scale. I've never seen any Bluetooth device, including my smartwatch or Bluetooth music earbuds, connect to my Android phone this easily. Now, every morning, the first thing I do is turn on my phone, enable Bluetooth, and step on the Renpho scale. Within seconds, my weight is transferred to my phone. I've also connected the Renpho Health app to Google Fit and my diet app, so I can track my weight and calorie count in one place. The motivation it gives me is incredible. I'm thankful to Renpho engineers for designing such an easy-to-use and truly "smart" scale. The Renpho Health app interface is also incredibly beautiful, simple, and easy to use. The way it shows my weight loss over time in charts is unmatched.

I only use this product for keeping track of my weight. There's various other body composition it measures but I think you gotta take the readings with a pinch of salt.Reason being I've read online that these sort of smart scales are designed to send a small amount of electricity up one of your legs and back down the other leg. Since electricity goes up through the path of least resistance, I don't think it will go through your upper body and take any measurements there.I guess if you do want to use the other body composition measurements, ensure you measure in the exact same body condition and exactly the same time period each day.Otherwise, I'm happy with just using the scales as a body weight measurement.The bluetooth connection is good but I think you gotta be close to the scale for it to work. When I first used the scales, the measurement reading was in pounds which I didn't like. However, this unit can be changed just by installing the Renpho app and changing the unit to kg. The measurement reading is in a red blocky font like the ones you see on the digital clocks and I feel the scale to be not too heavy and easy to carry around the house. The Renpho app is also easy to use and the measurements are easily readable and understand.

I bought these scales as my old ones seemed to be jumping all over!These are very stylish and look sleek in my bathroom. They are quite small but my husband is a size 10 shoe and his feet fit.The app was very easy to instal, the information booklet is easy to follow and the information that gets sent from the scales to the app is great. This will help me to see lots of different areas that I need to work on.All in all these scales are very good and worth what I paid.

Wow, no suelo escribir opiniones pero el producto lo merece. La acabo de recibir hoy pero a primeras impresiones está excelente. Precio muy económico y la calidad del producto es muy buena. Lo que más me gustó fue la facilidad de uso y la App; funciona muy bien y en 3 segundos ya estaba conectada por Bluetooth. Pensaba que iba ser la típica app China que no funciona bien y ni te dan ganas de usar pero todo lo contrario. Funciona muy bien, te da muchos datos, gráficas, tips y también se sincroniza con Apple Health, que es algo que me interesaba mucho. Muy contento con la compra!
Nice Scale, Lots of Features
I've been using this scale for about 1 month and I can say, it works well. Its very thin and lightweight. I can easily kick it under the vanity when I'm done with it, or pull it out when I need it. The surface is flat glass and is easy to clean.I also like the app. It was easy to install and connects without problems via blue tooth to my phone. I like keeping track of my daily weight and body fat and watching the trends. It makes the whole process very easy.I'd recommend this scale to anyone!
