I bought this as had previously bought cartons from another brand to supplement my calorie intake as I am mainly on a liquid diet and very soft food for post major double jaw surgery. The cartons are quite expensive so was looking for a cheaper alternative and came across this. A lot of reviews said that the "choc silk" was the best flavour so decided to try it. It has not disappointed so far and the fact that its vegan (I need dairy free) but tastes so chocolatey and creamy, I was pleasantly surprised. It does say it has a grainy texture but I hardly noticed it and it doesn't overpower the taste so if that is what's stopping you buy it, don't let it put you off. It also comes with a scoop, I use about half a scoop and mix it with oat milk and it's so yummy, it is quite sweet though, it tastes like you're actually having a chocolate milkshake!

This is my first ever protein shake and I am very pleased with it. I bought this for just over £11.00 on Bolo (BARGAIN!!!)Low in fat and sugar and packing more than 25g of protein per serving. Also love the fact this contains a very good blend of protein, i.e. Soya Protein, White Hemp Protein, Sunflower Protein, Pea Protein, Brown Rice Protein.I was worried about the powder not mixing well and leaving lumps. From my experience so far it all depends on what type of shaker you have. At first, I used my smoothie maker container to shake the powder in water and it did left a few lumps. But then I bought a proper protein shaker from my local Tescos (MaxiMuscle 700 ml shaker) for £3.50. This container comes with a mesh so as you shake your protein in water, it actually leaves no lumps at all!!Another tip is to add water first in your protein shaker then add the protein powder then mix it quickly - this avoids the powder sticking on the bottom of the shaker. This also gives a nice smooth texture.The Chocolate Silk taste is not too bad - it does have a slight chocolate flavour to it. As this is a protein powder and I take it for muscle mass I wasn't expecting a super taste anyways. For people who want an extra tasty protein shake, you can add a few drops of Vanilla essence or milk or sweetened non-dairy milk. Almond Milk tastes great with this protein powder.Another way to make it tastier is to make it as a proper smoothie - with banana, berries etc.I really don't have any cons therefore 5 stars! I will definitely buy this product again!

It was hard to find a good plant based protein that mixes well and also have a good taste.The chocolate flavour is good. It mixes well with my plant based milk, and the protein shake is really smooth and easy to drink. It doesn't hurt my stomach.Great amount of protein and it doesn't contain much sugar.I will definitely will buy this again.I'm not giving 5 starts just because I prefer other flavours than chocolate.

I don’t think I can explain just how disgusting this is. It tastes powdery and leaves a vile aftertaste. Will not be buying again

It is my favourite protein shake. Whole measurement spoon with 300g of lacto free milk and the thickness is just perfect. Great texture and easy to mix. If you are lactose intolerant like me, this shake and company is for you! Highly recommended

Elles sont assez sucrées et pas de goût chimique.On dirait que je mets du Nesquik dans mon fromage blanc mais c'est plutôt pas mal.Pas de goût d'édulcorant.Nickel !
Bin zufrieden
Inhaltsstoffe sind super. Lässt sich wirklich gut auflösen in Flüssigkeit ohne zu Klumpen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für den Geschmack. Ich finde es schmeckt sehr "mehlig". Aber denke ich werde es wieder kaufen

Geschmack ok, aber schlechte Löslichkeit
Hab jetzt schon das zweite Mal dieses Produkt bestellt, nachdem ich zuvor es in einer anderen Geschmacksrichtung schon für gut empfunden hatte. Dieses Mal bin ich jedoch sowohl von dem Geschmack nicht überzeugt als auch von der Löslichkeit. Die Zutaten sind super, aber wenn sich das nicht auflöst, bringt es nichts.
Customers support you and you let them down
I wrote a 5-star review for this product initially. However the last package I got disappointed me quite a bit.It does not taste as good anymore. 🤷♂️ There are some white spots in the mix (they are sweet so it must be a sweetener that wasn’t mixed-in properly). There was also some “flake” of a brown substance (I am not sure what it was, I threw it away) not mixed-in correctly either. And the most disappointing thing is that there appear to be noticeably more thickener in the powder now. So whatever I do, I end up with a “pudding” 🤢 instead of a shake. That’s my least favorite “feature” of those powders. I am not sure why they use thickeners at all. Anyway, it appears that the producer got excited about attaining a customer base and decided that now it’s ok to drop the quality. And those who want quality are now expected to buy more expensive protein lines from the same produces (those are good, I have to tell you but prices are inadequate). Considering that this line is not cheap either, I am not sure if I’ll order more. (I might try that choc-gingerbread variety in the hope that it’s not spoiled and over-thickened yet.)On the good side is that the protein content appears to be adequately high and my stomach takes the questionably-tasting “pudding” quite well. So, I guess, the producer gets some credit for that.
