Bought for my dry eyes and bletharitis which has flared up. This mask is so easy to use, heat up in microwave and then put on and relax for 10 minutes. It stays warm and is so much better than using a warm wet flannel. It has definetly helped my eyes and I will continue to use it regularly to unblock tear ducts

An excellent product. Very comfortable in use and you can adjust the strap to give a close fit which is very important for Blepharitis. Important to use the recommended time in the microwave which is perfect. Highly recommend.

Recommended by my optician, and genuinely helps my dry(ish) eyes, far more than eye drops do, which are gone within minutes.However, I have a small caution: if you have a look on Reddit and probably lots of other places, there's questions about how long should my blurry vision last after wearing this? The correct answer is "not at all to very mild for a couple of minutes at most". Any more than that and it's too hot and/or too tight. If this is your first time using one of these, I'd recommend checking after a couple of minutes max. It shouldn't feel hot, just comfortably warm, and it shouldn't be tight.

This product is comfortable, nice touch with the velcro, adjustable head band and washable cover, but it most definitely does not retain heat for 30 minutes. Unless mine is faulty, that is absolute hogwash. As with the organic linseed-filled heat mask with a silk side and a brushed cotton side, by the time ten minutes was up it was less than tepid. I'd rather have bought the natural flaxseed mask that is lovely to use and smells great, than synthetic stuff on what I think was a lie - keeps it heat for 30 minutes. Rot. If you prefer synthetic then fine. I don't.
Best eye mask ever!
I need to use warm compresses on my eyes a few times a day for severe dry eyes. I use the disposable ones when I go to bed, but wanted a microwaveable one for during the day. I tried a few others and they didn’t hold heat for more than a couple minutes They also felt like they were sitting on my eye ridges instead of my eyelids. I had to press them down and hold them against my eyes to feel the warmth. This eye mask not only holds the heat much longer, but really sits right on my eyes and even feels comfortably weighted down due to the stuff inside them. They fit great- I love the Velcro adjustable strap-and are easy to use. There’s no smell, and my eyes feel great afterward. Awesome product!
Like it but too heavy for the eyes
This is a very good product but It’s quite heavy on the eyes so I’m worried about using it too much.

Rimedio "casalingo" per occhi "secchi" e affaticati, consigliato dal medico oculista si è rivelato molto efficace nel ridurre la sensazione di pizzicore e secchezza oculare.Non vale certo come terapia risolutiva, e utilizzatelo solo dietro suggerimento medico (se soffrite di glaucoma o altri disturbi della pressione oculare il calore anche moderato è controindicato), ma usato regolarmente allevia i fastidi. Non superate i tempi di applicazione suggeriti.Un consiglio, utilizzate delle compressine di garza o tessuto non tessuto tra le palpebre e la maschera per prolungarne la durata e mantenerla pulita, è lavabile ma deve asciugare almeno 24h quindi meglio lavarla il meno possibile.
Leaking beads
In the last three weeks, I've used this eye mask about five times. I followed the instructions, washing it by hand and then popping it in the microwave. But then, out of nowhere, it started to leak! The beads inside began to come out, looking like shiny, broken glass.I was really surprised, especially since I was so careful to wash it by hand and follow all the instructions. At first, I really liked the mask. The couple of times I used it, it felt great, but then it started to irritate my eyes.I trust Optase as a company, but I'm scratching my head about why this particular mask would leak like that. I even took photos of the problem, but there's no way to upload them here. So, as much as I wanted to like this mask, I'm left feeling a bit let down by this experience
