When my baby was born for weeks we had numerous issues with breastfeeding from latching to tongue tie and so a midwife recommended these nipple shields to me. They arrived the day I left hospital and after help online on how to apply I started using them to breastfeed my baby. She became reliant on these for every feed and I'm glad I bought them.They stick well with nipple cream or warm water but applying each time you have a hungry baby can get difficult and so sticking without anything on is possible. If the baby moves however it can slide which means you are always keeping an eye on it to watch the shield doesn't fall off. They wash well in warm water and dry quickly. Would recommend these instead of other cheaper brands.

I bought these as I had a cracked nipple. I did not know that my son had tongue tie, and so I read nipple shields could help heal a crack whilst waiting for a tongue tie to be resolved.My son didn’t mind too much using these (he was 3 months old) and they have not affected our breastfeeding experience. I was able to stop using these once my son’s tongue tie was sorted and the crack eventually did heal.They’re very thin and flexible and are easy to clean.I thought the nipple part seemed large when they arrived, but my son used them with no problems.If used correctly, with a bit of cream on the backs, they do stay in place pretty well.I would use these again if I had another crack or similar issue.

Definitely recommend trying these if you’re thinking about using nipple shields. I was dubious after reading some negative reviews but I was struggling with really sore nipples in the first few weeks of breast feeding as my baby wouldn’t latch correctly on one breast. I had support and advice from HV and midwife but nothing was working and was desperate for relief but to also not give up. I also had a very strong let down in this breast which made it harder for my little one to keep up with the flow and latch properly consistently.I bought these and they took a little while to get used too but really helped my baby learn to latch better and helped me heal. As well as helping my baby keep up with my flow.Yes some of the reviews say about the size isn’t great but I think you really need to measure yourself prior to purchasing.In reference to keeping the shield on, I purchased the same brand nipple cream as advised from other reviews and this ensured they stayed attached to get my little one to latch.Also I am aware some people complained of pain. One this may be due to them having the wrong size. Or , I found that if my little one wasn’t taking enough of the teat into the mouth it hurt, or initially it was painful but once baby started the pain went. So I kept persevering and soon found my way in using it effectively.

I bought these in the hope that they would help protect my nipples in order to help them heal. I was rather sceptical but i would say it did the job well and gave them the time they needed to recover however they were very fiddly and didnt stay on too well while babe was suckling. I would say these were great for using short term or even to have when you do need to give your nipples a break to heal but not for long term use.No issues when it came to babe taking the teat, she was pretty happy to latch on with the guard on

I've tried other shields before but these were thinner and much better. Because they are thinner my baby was able to feed and get more milk out than the other brand I had used.

Brought these as my child's latch had changed and hoped to temporarily help my pain with these.They do not stay on. As soon as I place them on me and try to get my child ready to latch they have already fallen off. This happened every time and I ended up with a distressed child as well as being frazzled myself.Also wasn't 100% on sizing but I'm pretty sure the nipple part doesn't fit me correctly.Will just power through and keep working on the latch instead.Nice case though!

I bought both this brand and a mam pair as i was desperately trying to get my baby to latch after he became use to bottle teats during hospital stay and thank goodness i purchased 2 different types, i used these first and they worked, he latched and drank for the first time in days but the shields were hurting just as much as when he was latching without them, my nipples were already sore and bleeding and these offered no relief when it came to pain. I tried the mam ones in medium later on which have a longer teat and covers better and provides better suction and best of all the mam ones didn't hurt at all, so much better than these!

Parfait ! De part son embout plus rond (et moins en forme de cône) et de part la forme du bout de sein, il fonctionne beaucoup mieux que les autres que j’ai pu tester jusqu’ici. Bébé le prend facilement et le garde davantage en bouche (sans rejet). Il ne se décolle pas du sein, ce qui est un avantage considérable. Je recommande !
