An excellent water bottle for a keen walker such as I. The last water bottle I had I lost, as it slipped out of my rucksack’s side pocket when I put the rucksack down. This one has a ring that I can clip to my rucksack so as to prevent loss. Good locking catch to ensure no liquid can leak out. Not sure why referred to as a child’s bottle as perfectly adequate for an adult to carry on a walk.

I recently purchased the Ion8 Kids Water Bottle, 350ml, for my 5-year-old to use at school, and I am extremely pleased with its quality. This bottle is leak-proof, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my child's backpack won't get wet. The one-finger open feature is perfect for little hands, making it easy for my child to open and close the bottle without any assistance. The flip cover and carry handle are additional convenient features that make it spill-free and easy to carry on-the-go.I also appreciate that this water bottle is dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning a breeze. The fact that it is BPA-free is a huge plus for me, as I prioritize my child's health and safety.What impresses me the most is the durability of this bottle. I already own a previous version of this bottle that I have been using for a year, and it is still in excellent working condition. Although I am an adult, I find these little water bottles extremely easy to use. I have now bought several of them. They are extremely strong and the luck and handle are nice touches.
4.0 out of 5 stars Small easy-open leakproof drinks bottle that's easy to drink from
The media could not be loaded. I had previously bought an Ion8 drinks bottle from a discount shop but when I got it home, I found it leaked. This 350ml Ion8 bottle from Bolo (£8.97 in Oct 2023) hasn't leaked at all yet. The OneTouch 2.0 design is quite handy to easily open the lid with one hand. I don't like carrying around big heavy water bottles, so this small 350ml option is ideal for me.I'm not a fan of the Recyclon coating on the main part of the bottle (see photo for difference between Recyclon main body and transparent screw part at the top). When the coating gets wet, it looks marked and it feels like it will deteriorate over time. I wouldn't recommend putting it in the dishwasher. The description also says don't use the bottle for carbonated drinks.As another reviewer has mentioned, there's a small silicon bung/seal in the lid to stop leaks from the tiny hole (as well as the bigger seal over the bigger hole). I would be aware of that if this bottle is bought for small children in case that bit comes out. It would be handy if the bottle had the fabric strap that other versions do rather than the plastic clip that's likely to break.

Like most parents, I have tried kora of different water bottles and suffered the issues of mould, difficult to clean straws or other fiddly bits and leaks. I'm happy to saw we've used these bottles for the last three years and they're still going strong with none of those issues. These are our go-to water bottles now and I'd be hesitant to buy anything else.Just perfect - no leaks, easy to clean and use. The new bottles with the cute patterns are lovely too. 10/10

Ion8 bottles are my go to bottle. I have been buying them for my children since they started school (four years). They are easy to use and the safety catch means they don't open unexpectedly in my children's bags. I have never had a problem with leakage.My children love the designs they come in, and enjoy chasing the one they want for the start of each school year. Recommended.

Great Size for Travel
I specifically purchased this for myself to carry in my purse while I travel. It's a great size to slip inside my purse and also not too heavy.
Good size for using while traveling.
I don’t need to take a ton of water with me when traveling by plane. This bottle is nice and light weight and is just enough to quench my thirst in the airport and on a plane. And it doesn’t leak! Flip top is nice.
Easier for my sensory needs!
As a neurodivergent adult it is extremely hard for me to drink water because of sensory issues, and my giant water bottle wasn’t doing it for me. I was drinking like a few sips a day :( I searched for SO long to find a sensory friendly small water bottle, hard to find stuff not marketed for kids..but luckily I happened to stumble upon this little guy. The mechanism of the ease of one-handed opening was very appealing to me, the lid can lock in place so it is spill proof, it is small and lightweight and super easy to bring anywhere, and the size makes drinking enough water seem more attainable and not so overwhelming for me. Every refill is like a little reward! Very happy with this purchase, highly recommend for autistic adults or anyone who struggles to drink water for sensory reasons :)
The spring-leaded opener is a cool feature!
This is a really handy water bottle because you can open it with one hand, which is nice while riding your bike. The overall design is nice and I like the color. I like it so much, I plan to give it as gifts.
