    The cube has been a great learning toy for our Grandchild but has now stopped working ; we’ve changed the batteries but cannot get the learning cube to work.Hopefully the seller can assist / replace the learning cube.UPDATED REVIEW.THE SELLER CONTACTED US AND HAS BEEN REALLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND IS ARRANGING FOR A REPLACEMENT LEARNING CUBE TO BE SENT OUT TO US.FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER.THANK YOU.

    I have bought this learning ball toy for my 6 month old daughter and she is very happy with it. It has attractive lights of different colors which is making her very happy.I didn't find any fault with this ball it is safe for my 6 month old daughter to play. It hasn't any sharp edges.There are many activites in this, like ABC's, numbers and a few poems are saved.Its sound is also not so loud that it disturbs my daughter, nor is it so slow that it cannot be heard.Really very pleased to have this for my daughter. Quick delivery as expected

    First of all, it sounds great. I was expecting distorted noises and rattling from the casing but I cannot fault it. Its extremely sturdy also and very suitable for the age range.My only strife is when pressing one button, for example the numbers, it resets the count if you press another button. This happens very commonly at the age of 1 so don't expect your kid to get past 3. But that's not an issue with the product ofcourse so still 5 staraThe added touch of playing a lullaby when going in to rest mode is great.

    Me encanta que mi hijo vaya escuchando palabras y canciones en inglés. Tiene dos niveles de volumen y muchas opciones de canciones, no es repetitivo.Solo mejoraría el diseño que es muy básico.

    Es könnte für Ihr Kind hilfreich sein, da es damit spielen kann. Aber der Preis ist etwas hoch. Vielleicht wäre es bei 50 Prozent Rabatt das Geld wert

    Edit**** Changed it to 5 stars after my daughter found the included batteries that had fallen out of the box. New batteries in and it works perfect.I was disappointed that it did not include batteries like it says in the description! I put in some partially used batteries, but they were either not powerful enough or the cube is malfunctioning. On the loudest volume setting it won't play music and if makes screeching noises. It works fine on the low volume setting, which is the only reason I am not returning it. I am hoping the glitching is just from the low batteries. Also, the volume even on the loudest setting is quite low, and difficult to hear over his noisy siblings. It is very light weight, and you can see the internal electronics through the cracks around the buttons, so it feels quite cheap, but my baby does like it. He dances to the music and it is educational, so I am giving it 3 stars.
