I bought this about 6 weeks ago as I wanted good quality coffee on the days I'm working from home without having to spend ages making it, or fork out on a takeaway. I love it so far, I have 1-2 coffees per day and it's so easy to use and then clean ready for the next use. It's made of a sturdy metal and the milk frother works very well, I mostly go for a cappuccino but there are several options for different types of coffee. It's a little pricey compared to some models but so worth it!

I’ve had the Sage Creatista Plus for three months now and loving it. I’ve tried a range of the Nespresso original coffees as well as those from other providers and not been disappointed with any but I think I’m more impressed with the Nespresso original and L’Or coffees. Out of the box the machine looks great and makes great coffee. It’s quick and simple to use and very easy to adjust the coffee to you preference in terms of volume and temperature, both of which I’ve turned up a bit to match my preference. It is very quick to heat up and provide a great range of drinks. The milk heating and frothing is spot on and so simple to use I found the out of the box setting OK if you wanted to drink your coffee right away but it left me wanting another in terms of volume. I’ve been a coffee pod user for a good number of years now, I have the Dolce Gusto both at home and in the office at work and that’s great still for a drink and filling my travel mug. But for enjoying a good cappuccino or nice lungo at home it’s got to be the Creatista, so much so that the Dolce Gusto is now only used for the travel mug and the kettle is now a redundant piece of kitchen equipment. The build quality of the machine is very good, as I’ve found with the other Sage products I own. It’s not had light use over the three months, it’s processed neary 300 pods since I’ve had it and there are no signs that it will have any problems carrying on. It’s not a silent machine, the pump and steam wand do make a noise but nothing excessive considering it’s a pump sat on a wooden surface. On the whole, a great piece of kit and worth every penny.

I’ve had ( and still have) many Nespresso coffee machines but this is the best I’ve had. I bought the silver version at an attractive price on Prime day. ( The black version was for sale at the full price) It looks like a traditional coffee making machine in a cafe but is for domestic use with standard Nespresso or Nespresso compatible capsules. It comes with a milk heater/frother and is programmed to make flat white, cafe latte,cappuccino and latte machiato as well ristretto, expresso and lungo coffee. I like it because it is easy to use. Used capsules are easily contained and emptied. The water container is easily filled. A small tray can pop out to hold small cups or glasses and can be closed to allow for bigger cups. The machine is easily cleaned. There is a steam purge after milk has been heated -though the bottom of the spout needs to be cleaned. Any excess or spilt coffee is held in a tray which can be easily emptied and cleaned. Oh, and the coffee tastes good!

I ordered this specific machine because a member of my family had ordered one and so I knew it made great coffee. However it has been necessary to contact the seller and the customer service provided has been outstanding. Buy the machine because it makes great coffee- buy it from this seller because they provide great customer service.

Just 4 months, frothing stopped to work and there is water leakgae, please dont buy this product
