Naissance changed the product solution and ruined it. It would've been nice to mention that it would leave grainy residue on your skin, even after warming it up in your hands or on your skin.Such a waste of money.This is definitely my last time buying from them.

I ordered the refined butter by accident (normally go for organic unrefined) and decided to keep it when I rang the company and discovered I'd have to pay return postage costs to exchange it.Thankfully not too disappointed as it has no smell and is smooth in texture. I worry I may be losing out on the nutrient benefits because this is more processed but ne'er mind. Will have to pay more attention next time I guess.

This is a lovely natural product but I bought it for my baby's very dry skin and it is just not practical to use. I read other reviews that you ahd to soften it, so imagined just digging a lump out and doing that, but it is in loose chunks inside the tub and I wasn't able to do this one-handed holding a wriggly baby. It is not for me, but it is lovely otherwise though.
