I had to exchange for a smaller size, I had used the Ugg size guide and measured my feet, so I was a little dissapointed when the first pair of boots were too big but the return process was easy and I received the smaller sized replacements quickly, I am loving wearing my boots they are very cosy and comfortable, the only niggle I have is pulling them on is not so easy, I am hopeful this will become easier as they get more worn in.

Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed when I opened the box to see my new purchase. First, the left and right feet have two very distinct different colourings (one is lighter than the other). Secondly, I ordered a size 6 and received a 6.5, therefore, they are a little too big and are not the snug fit I was after. However, after all is said and done, I will keep them as I did get them for an amazing price (£72) on Bolo warehouse)

As seen from my pictures attached, the left Ugg Boot has torn suede in the inside of the boot. This cannot be fixed by a cobbler and I have been told that a refund isn’t possible as it’s over 28 days - though this item is faulty!? Extremely disappointed as this was an expensive Christmas gift.
