Beautiful lightweight model. Perfect and powerful for frothing up my morning frappes. I was very suprised at the power of it, with it being so small but also so cheap. Excellent value for money though, don't be fooled by the cheap price.It's very quiet too for such a powerful motor. So none of that waking the baby up early in the morning when you desperately need your morning coffee.I love the stand that comes with it so I can leave it out for daily use next to my tea/sugar/coffee pots.I saw some comments regarding the batteries, saying they don't last but mine lasts easily 3+ weeks with decent batteries. Batteries are not included but it just requires your standard AAs.Froths up my frappes perfectly. Can't recommend this product enough. You won't get such quality for such a great price elsewhere

Use it to froth up milk for coffee and hot chocolate or quickly mix a couple of eggs and sometimes mix a small protein shake.Milk gets nice and frothy, it works quietly but has a good amount of power, better than then milk jug heater/frother I had.Easy to use and store as comes with it’s own little holder which sits nicely in cupboard instead of getting lost/damaged in cutlery drawer.Seems reasonably durable but would buy another if I had to replace

The product itself is amazing, however the packaging itself doesn’t include instructions. I had to contact the company to ask how to get the batteries out. (They did answer very quickly so if you have any issues you should contact them, they’re very nice). I noticed a few people in the reviews were saying it wasn’t powerful enough but the instructions say to resolve this you should slightly pull out the little metal parts - which it says nowhere on the packaging. It would probably be good if they added a little leaflet that said this instead of you having to contact the company. I’ve added the email I received with instructions, it may help a few people out.UPDATE: after a few weeks my original one lost all of its power, even after putting brand new batteries in. I contacted the company, they asked for a video (which I sent them), then they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement but unfortunately the replacement one also stopped working after a few weeks. It starts off powerful but then overtime it slows down and the button becomes more difficult to push. The product is a bit tacky but great customer service haha.

The media could not be loaded. After few uses its stopped working properly. Looks like the silver part dislocated a bit and the movement is not right.

I bought this little milk frother in May 2022. I've been really pleased with it and used it at least once a week. Unfortunately it developed a problem, I contacted their customer service at powerlix. I had an email back wanting to know my order number which I responded to promptly, but since then they have ignored every email I have sent. I only want to know if it can be repaired or if I need to order a new one. Withnot replying to my emails i have been left with out a milk frother and getting increasingly angry that they just couldn't get in touch and send one simple email reply. This is a brilliant little milk frother but if anything goes wrong with it please be aware that you will probably not get any decent customer service as it doesn't seem that their bothered once they've sold the product to you.

The stainless steel construction ensures durability and rust resistance.The included polished metal stand adds a touch of sophistication and allows for convenient storage right next to your kettle. It's a great way to keep your frother handy and looking sharp on your countertop.The only minor drawback was the lack of instructions.Figuring out how to insert the batteries was a bit tricky, and I had to resort to YouTube for guidance. Clear instructions would have made the setup process even smoother.Despite this small hurdle, I'm very happy with the frother's performance and design. In fact, the lack of instructions almost led me to return it, but I'm so glad I persevered! The lifetime guarantee adds to the overall positive experience, and I highly recommend this product. While I would have given it five stars with clear instructions, the performance and design still earn it a strong four-star rating.
Great Product
Easy to use, and it makes mixing powders into water or milk easy. Pretty powerful and works as intended. Cleaning it could be tricky, because of the wired cylindrical base it has, but otherwise it is a solid product worth the money.
