Pine Nuts are tiny, spherical, and fragile, with a faint similarity to Corn Kernels but a lighter colour. They have a unique pine scent and flavour, and you've probably eaten them before because they're a key ingredient in pesto... In fact, it is for their use in pestos that they are most known!

    I get through pine nuts at a rate of knots. I had to wait a long time for these to be delivered, but the price was absolutely excellent and the quality just as good as the packets I buy in the supermarket.
