    I have just finished my first bottle of these supplements after taking three a day which has lasted me four months, and my experience overall has been very positive. Personally, I have taken these for the general benefits that omega 3 fatty acids provide such as reducing inflammation, cognitive function, etc, and can say I feel better mentally and physically having taken them. I have a better time performing mentally, feel almost no pain in my joints after physical activities, and my skin has started looking a bit healthier to my surprise.When looking to buy Omega 3 supplements, the amounts of the EPA and DHA fatty acids are what you should look for. These are responsible for the benefits we get from having omega 3 supplements. This specific supplement has a respectable amount of these with 180mg of EPA, and 120 mg of DHA for capsule. One to three capsules can be taken a day so that’s 540mg of EPA, and 360mg of DHA when taking three.The fishy smell and aftertaste of these supplements are something people are often concerned about. From my experience, the capsules definitely have a fishy smell to them especially in the bottle (but at least you know they are legitimate fish oil). However, I have never experienced a single fishy aftertaste or burp with them. So, you are not to worry if you hate the aftertaste.Due to their large size, the question of how easy they are to take may put some people off from wanting to try them. They are quite large at about one inch in length, but due to the nature of the soft gel capsule they don’t get stuck in your throat as they are smooth and soft. The bullet type shape also helps with being able to swallow them easily.Cons:There are only a couple cons I can point out for this supplement. Importantly, the claim of “Highest Potency” on the bottle is misleading. There are other supplements out there with a higher amount of EPA and DHA in their capsules – even including the “Platinum Series Omega 3 Fish Oil” supplements which are made by Nu U Nutrition themselves? Additionally, the capsules will often stick to the inside of the bottle, even when storing them correctly in a cool dry place out of sunlight. But with a little bash they come unstuck easily so it’s not a big issue.Conclusion:The human body does not produce these fatty acids itself, hence why they are often called “essential fatty acids”, so they are important to supplement with if you are not eating foods rich in omegas very often. With this supplement you are getting a good amount of omegas which can potentially last you a long time depending on how much you take, with a whopping 365 capsules in the bottle. Impressively, these also don’t leave you with a bad aftertaste. The packaging and presentation are also professional, and product is made in the UK. Overall, I would highly recommend this supplement.

    I've been taking these for nearly a year now, and as It goes for my daily routine I take 3 of these in the morning (in one go) just before I have something to eat, so with that being said let me tell you a couple of things.These tablets are easy to swallow and can be taken together (up to 3) if you wish to speed up the process. Still, it is also quite crucial to have these with something to eat with these capsules otherwise after about 20mins and onwards for up to 4 hours in my experience if you burp and have some form of gas you will get a really strong smell of fish which can be off-putting, this is more of a concern for people around you but it can still be unpleasant for yourself. If you have these capsules with food the problem is non-existent which is going to be a big relief for some of you.The only negative thing I will say is when i purchased my first batch during a heat wave, all of my tablets were stuck together and a pain to break apart. I thought this is worth noting and you should buy these before or two months after a potential heatwave to avoid disappointment.✪ Would RecommendI hope you found this informative.

    Ottimo prodotto che assumo oramai da diverso tempo. Abbinato ad altri integratori di vitamine e sali minerali ha migliorato notevolmente la mia forma fisica e le analisi lo testimoniano. Non ho riscontrato nessuna contro indicazione, il sapore non è sgradevole e la struttura morbida della capsula ne rende agevole l'assunzione. Non sono un medico e non posso scientificamente farvi una recensione approfondita, ma la mia esperienza personale non può che essere positiva.

    Me parece que cumple su función de controlar mi salud en términos de colesterol. Los análisis salen mejor y no me cuesta nada tomarlo por las noches. Formato grande que permite ahorro y estar pidiendo cada dos por tres.

    J'ai trouvé le dosage intéressant et vu la quantité, ça dure longtemps.Pour ma part, la taille des gélules m'importe peu du moment que ça s'avale facilement. Ce n'est peut-être pas le cas de tous.

    Mit einigem Erstaunen habe ich die hier vorhandenen negativen Rezensionen bemerkt , mich dennoch für einen Test entschieden - da ich mir grundsätzlich immer selber ein Bild von etwas mache - und kann die negativen Aussagen in keiner Weise bestätigen, denn : Als äußerst genauer Mensch habe ich bei der Produktauswahl die Ware geprüft auf Inhaltsstoffe und Mengenangaben, sowie auf das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis dafür, die Rezensionen als weitere Info herangezogen, die Firma Nu U Nutrition Limited recherchiert und die Erfahrungen generell mit Produkten von Nu U Nutrition Limited gecheckt.Ergebnis : Sowie die Ware hier selber, als auch die Unternehmung und Erfahrungen mit Produkten sind durchweg positiv. Das Produkt ist sinnvoll zusammengestellt , die Dosierung hervorragend. Da ich weiß das gerade Produkte wie Fischöl eine Eingewöhnung des Körpers benötigen und eine nachhaltige Wirkung erst langsam eintritt war mir klar, das ich das Produkt hier länger testen musste :- die Verpackung ( Dose ) und die Einnahmehinweise sind eindeutig beschrieben . 1 Kapsel = 1 Portion / 1 serving . So würde die Dose ein Jahr reichen. Nimmt man die Höchstdosis von 3 Kapseln reicht die Dose logischerweise 4 Monate. Die Angabe "bis zu einem Jahr" ist also korrekt.- die Dose ist sogar doppelt versiegelt und keineswegs offen, verbeult oder Ähnliches- die Kapseln sind zwar gross, aber einfach zu schlucken- die Kapseln sind auch nicht offen oder schmierig, sondern haben eine geleeartige , weiche und trockene Konsistenz- die Kapseln selber riechen oder stinken in keiner Weise, die offene Dose weist wenn überhaupt nur einen leichten, wirklich minimalen aber angenehmen Fischgeruch auf, was auch in keiner Weise verwunderlich sein sollte, schließlich handelt es sich hierbei um Fischöl.- die Kapseln bewirken keinerlei Ausdünstungen- Nebenwirkungen habe ich keinerlei bemerkt gar beobachtet, im Gegenteil :- man wird ausgeglichener, die Verdauung verbessert sich, die Blutwerte verbessern sich, dito die Ausdauer etc.Anmerkung : empfindlichere Personen können in wenigen Fällen durch die Gewöhnung des Körpers an das Produkt in den ersten Tagen, inbesondere wenn man die Höchstdosis einnimmt, eine ewas geänderte Verdauung bemerken, das legt sich aber nach wenigen Tagen und ist völlig normal und kein negatives Produktmerkmal. Wichtig auch : Wie bei vielen anderen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln auch tritt eine Wirkung nicht adhoc, sondern allmählich ein. Bei mir waren das ca. 3 Wochen. Fazit : ein Topprodukt zu einem angemessenen Preis, klare Kaufempfehlung !
