    I've been using this to infuse CBD flowers to make my own CBD oil. It works well & makes for good oral drops.However, the price has gone from £13.50 to £18.95 in just a few weeks!

    Great fat and energy source. Do not over do it and it can help with metabolism of the fats, increase slowly from teaspoon to spoon if one begins to use, improved cognitive function for sure!

    Kind of difficult to stop the oil from dripping down the bottle because of the opening's cylinder shape. btw 2 days in and experiencing libido boosts. is it just me? asking for a friend

    I have spent a lot of time researching mct oils. And this product is by far one of the best. If you plan on using mct oil on a daily basis, or multiple times daily, you need to consider economics as well as quality. As for quality, it honestly doesn't get much purer or in a better c8 c10 ratio; and as for cost this bottle is pretty much half the cost of its competition; most others are a dollar or two more for half the quantity.I've been buying mutant mct for a little over a year, use a tablespoon twice daily and love it! I suggest you ease into it, start in small quantities as it will wrench your gut a little in the beginning. I take it every morning in a zero carb smoothie and honestly have long sustainable energy and a clear mind all morning long! It has no flavor, and mixes really well with whey protein and powders when using a bullet or blender, but if you put it your coffee and just stir it, it will leave an oily residue on your lips. I highly recommend this stuff for low carb food plan people and for anyone just looking to add some healthy fats into their diet, or even for those who struggle in the morning or after lunch to get or stay energized.

    I started with MCT in my bulletproof coffee. Prior to that I used straight old coconut oil (organic). Because of Dave Asprey (Bulletproof coffee/diet) and the keto crowd the price of MCT and coconut oil started to rise. Always on the lookout for a quality product at a reasonable price I searched high and low and tripped over this on Bolo. Only 1 bottle was available so I grabbed it.The copy said "more on the way". Tried to buy more after a week or so and the wait time is now 2 to 3 months (as of Xmas 2019).And at a higher price.I guess their trial marketing campaign is over. Pass.Worth adding is that I don't bother with putting it in my coffee any more. I make a cold brew and keep it in the fridge and have with organic cream. Nice.Each morning I take 1 full tablespoon of the oil straight. I get the boost and brain boosting power straight away. If Iam going for a run I'll also take another tablespoon. Overall I will only take 2 to 3 tablespoons of MCT a day. Start with a teaspoon and build up or you'll crap your pants ... This stuff (mct) is cruel to newbies ... lol.Worth mentioning is that I am 63 and use it mainly for clearer thinking and brain fog.
