HypaCover Adhesive Dressings cushion and protect the injured area and are ideal for use on large cuts and grazes. The dressing moulds around body contours and stays firmly in place even on awkward areas, making these adhesive dressings a versatile solution when you need to provide workplace first aid. The highly absorbent wound pad is covered with a non-adherent film to prevent breakage and also reduce any potential trauma when the adhesive dressing is removed, the non-woven design of the dressing even helping to reduce healing time. HypaCover Adhesive Dressings further help to provide outstanding patient comfort and are ideal for wounds in sensitive or difficult to cover areas such as the neck, elbow or hip. All dressings are individually wrapped and sterile, so you can rest assured that you can use them for any injury without risk of secondary infection.
Directions
1. Open the individually wrapped dressing. 2. Apply the dressing to the wound, ensuring that the adhesive part is in contact with the skin around the wound. 3. Press gently to ensure the dressing adheres well, covering the wound with the highly absorbent wound pad. 4. Dispose of the dressing properly when it is no longer needed or when it becomes saturated with wound exudate.

I bought these to use after a laparoscopy surgery I had, these were perfect to use for changing my dressings on my incisions. They stuck really well and were the perfect size I needed. I also liked that whilst I never had an issue with them coming off or the corners lifting, they didn’t hurt to remove when I changed them so they were perfect.

I had no problems with the waterproofness of using these following abdominal surgery after running out of the ones provided by hospital, great size. I did however react quite badly to the adhesive, I have sensitive skin and this is a problem, I even react to hospital tape so this isn't a fault if the dressing, just be careful if like me you have sensitive skin as my skin reaction is now more of an issue than my wound!

The product itself is as described though I would say that it's not suitable for sensitive skin as it's adhesive is very strong to the point that it can be difficult to remove leaving pieces of the bandage on the skin and it can rip your skin as well.Still a solid item.
