Really comfy insoles that have extended the life of my favourite trainers. Not the easiest to fit but managed to get them in and comfy.Would recommend these if you're looking to extend the life of comfy shoes and trainers and not looking for full on heavy strike sports insoles.

I'm on my feet a lot, my phone says I average about 8k steps a day. These have lasted just over a year, so cannot fault the durability. They are not the most comfortable insoles I've ever used, but I would buy them again.
