I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review and after two weeks of use, I think it's time.The product is really good. I've never used sustain supplements before during my workouts, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I've definitely felt a difference with it, it helps me to push my last few reps and squeeze out the needed energy to finish.The taste is alright, not the best but after a few uses, you get used to it.Quick disclaimer; a family member tried it as well and said they had a weird feeling in their stomach from it, I personally haven't had any problems with it, just be mindful your body might react differently to it.

Great taste (raspberry and pomegranate flavour), not too sweet or artifical, really does taste of raspberries fresh from the field/packet! Nice inclusion of electolytes as well as the essential BCAAs, not sure the inclusion of vitamins worthwhile TBH though in a BCAA drink. Mixes well with water with no clumping. Would like to see the price a little lower, its a small tub (260g) yet almost the same price as Grenade BCAAs which come in a 390g tub and are much better value.

Been using this for 3 months and really feel the difference, I like the fact it contacts magnesium and even if it’s psychological, I feel to have more energy and better muscle recovery (my partner also uses and agrees( and it’s without the fake caffeine pre workout effect (which I don’t like!)

Container covered with powder
The container with the product seems to be sealed, however, the jar was completely covered in powder. I assume the powder has the same origin as the product. Nevertheless, it is not pleasant to see the content all over, even before the container is open. Please check with QC at the production.

Llevó tomando BCCAS durante años y sin duda alguna, no es lo mismo entrenar tomando BCCAS que cuando entrenas sin tomarlos, la resistencia y recuperación física cuando los tomas es notable.He probado muchísimos sabores y presentaciones desde el polvo, capsulas o líquidos, mi preferencias son los líquidos pero en el mercado Europeo no se consiguen, Por lo cual mi segunda opción es el polvo.A mi particularmente me gusta tomarlos durante el entrenamiento lo cual hace esta presentación perfecta para ello, disuelvo la dosis recomendada en la botella de agua con que voy a entrenar.En cuanto el sabor que escogí Frambuesa y Granada al disolverlo en aprox. 1 litro de agua, el sabor es suave y agradable, fácil de disolver, y no te aburres te tomar agua durante el entrenamiento, a muchas personas les sabe a jarabe infantil este tipo de suplementos deportivos, pero con el tiempo te acostumbras.No los tomo continuamente todo el año, compro 2 o 3 potes al año, cada 2 o 3 meses para mantener la condición física, el uso continuo de suplementos en polvo hacen impacto en los riñones por lo que no es recomendable tomarlos por temporadas largas.
