I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon.Since taking these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before.This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation.I also had a week snowboarding in Feb this year 2018 and the only day I felt any discomfort was the day I forgotto take the Curcumin.It is Turmeric in general which I am endorsing and not this brand in particular. I am sure Curcuminfrom other brands is also effective.

I ordered this on the 7th November 2022. I just opened it today 23rd November 22. The capsules are all stuck together and of no use with turmeric all over the place. I take these regularly and the product is very good. This was a large bottle which for me as a pensioner cost a lot of money and I just had to throw it away. I have never had this problem with solgar before as I have been taking these for a while. Please open and check your product when you receive it. It is too messy to return.

I have been taking curcumin supplements for a while now & I find that they really have such a beneficial effect on my tennis elbow & painful knee. I found that the capsules started working within 2 weeks of starting them & although i still have a bit of pain in my knee it is remarkably better & the pain in my elbow has gone! I will carry on taking this brand as they are a brand I trust, its just 1 capsule a day unlike another brand out there & I find that they are easy to swallow. Totally recommend these.

This product has been great at reducing pain in my joints (hand, shoulders, back, knees). I'm sensitive to medications so my rheumatologist recommended that I try tumeric/curcumin to avoid unwanted side effects while receiving benefits. I tried two different brands before this one. This one works great! It's truly a godsend! I don't know if it's because it's curcumin in liquid capsule form, but whatever it is, I'm thankful. It reduces my joint pain down to what I'd describe as small discomfort. I've used it for a couple of years now and the pain only returns when I run out and forget to order it. It takes a few days for it to start back working after that. After about a week, the pain is almost gone again. It swallows easily but you'll need to chase it with plenty of water because of its size. The capsule is not real big but it's not small either.

Comprei 2 vidros. Abri um e estavam não grudadas que não conseguia pegar. Forcei uma capsula estourou deixei minha mão e unhas toda amarelada.O produto foi feito recentemente?Pela minha experiência as capsulas vem separadas umas das outras.

My favorite brand - it provides increased absorption and reduced my inflammation
Curcumin (tumeric) is very difficult to absorb so not just any brand is acceptable. It needs to be a brand that has researched and verified that their formula can be absorbed to a therapeutic level.. This is one of those brands that I believe in. I was able to reduce my inflammation factors in my blood work to normal within 6 weeks of taking this product combined with Michael's Recovery Zymes. The combo is powerful. I actually can get rid of all the pain in my knees and elbows by taking these together. However, the other reason i like this top brand is because there is belief that curcumin may help offset alzheimers . Since even alzheimers starts with inflammation, I will try any products that reduce inflammation. And given that my blood inflammation factors went way down within 6 weeks of this regimen, I am sold on this.
