I was first introduced to this cleaner when I was in hospital, showering before an operation. It gets the skin and hair scrupulously sanitised. However, it is not harsh or drying to the skin. It has a slightly gel like consistency. Adding a little water encourages a light lather, but not much.This has no discernable fragrance so is suitable for all. I enjoy this product because it does not clash with my favourite perfumes. Good service and recommended product.

In UK it's difficult to get antibacterial shower soaps. This is a very nice soap that lathers well - I use every day as I have no reaction from it.
