This is a very good product.It contains everything you need to look after your skin, nails, hair and so much more.Since using it I have so much more energy and vitality too. I was looking for a natural multi-vitamin, and went online to do some research, and this one came very highly recommended.It contains an organic fruit and vegetable blend, and one of the biggest bonuses for me - no fillers.Very easy on the stomach, and the capsule is made of vegetable cellulose.It is easy to pull apart, and I empty the contents into my morning protein smoothie.My skin is clearer, my hair feels thicker - I had been suffering from hormone related hair loss.I would highly recommend this product.

This is by far one of the best natural organic multivitamin and mineral supplements I have found.It improved my hair growth and completely resolved any deficiencies I had with chipped and flakey nails.My energy and general well being had improved greatly since taking this.The ingredients are high quantities yet completely fine in my system.And most importantly for me the forms which the ingredients come in are the best you can get i.e folate as opposed to folic acid.Unlike many supplements where you need to take several capsules a day, this is just one a day.Excellent product and natural in the body.

I have been taking this supplement for just over a year now and feel healthier in myself. I rarely suffer from colds and feel I have more energy. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no nasty after taste. I have had to contact Naturelo for advice on the product and they have always promptly replied with the information I needed.

I am someone who struggles with energy highs and lows due to being diabetic and on lots of immune suppressants. Since I've been taking these I've noticed a big improvement in my energy consistency. This in turn helps my moods and my moods then help my energy levels :) I also like taking one a day, not three a day like so many multiple vitamins. Will keep buying these.

Too much vit c and irritating to the bladder. Avoid if your bladder is sensitive like mine. As soon as I stopped taking it it calmed down. Panicked there for a minute, thought I was going incontinant until I found out that vitamin c can cause bladder issues!

I love that this one a day capsule for women with 24 essential vitamins and minerals plus organic fruits and vegetables for whole food nutrition and antioxidant support. Plant-Based vitamins and minerals including Vitamin D3 from lichen, Vitamin E from sunflower, plant Calcium and Magnesium from marine algae, and Iodine from kelp. I’m 77, and I definitely notice how much more energy I have as I go through my days. Easy to swallow capsule, no odor, and fantastic value for the price. I love that each bottle has quantity to last 2 months. I’m now signed up for Subscribe & Save since I plan to stick with this product.
Only have to take one small capsule!
I have a really hard time swallowing large pills/vitamins, and have tried so many brands and variations of smaller capsules and gummies. Many other brands require taking 2-3 capsules and gets expensive quick. I love how only have to take 1 capsule and it contains all of the vitamins I am looking for! Good price and I feel better and more energized.
Great supplement
Love the variety of vitamins et al. within this product. It was recommended to me by a doctor friend to help with my health journey. Only downside is there is a little bit of a flavour to it that I'm not completely fond of.
